However, I contacted their customer service team afterward, and they confirmed that the tofu could absolutely be customized without seasoning. They even offered to replace it with a complimentary order prepared the way I originally requested. When I returned and explained the email I received, the manager acted very skeptical and almost seemed like she didn't believe me. The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable, especially when I was only trying to receive the replacement their team had already offered me.
