They came all the way to Gillette several times to try and find the leak, they ended up taking it back to their shop in Rapid City and found the shell had a crack. After finding out the shell had been manufactured thiner that it should have been and the crack had just gotten worse, they worked with the manufacturer for me and I ended up with a brand new Jetsetter LX! The spa had the new design and had increased in cost since I purchased mine. However, the new spa was delivered and setup at no cost to me!! GREAT customer service!! Love the new spa even more!!

Sand play area within the pool enclosure is a nice break from water play, and the park nearby (same parking lot, just next to the pool enclosure) is a great wind-down and dry-off after an afternoon of swimming. In addition to swimming here recreationally, we are currently doing 4 weeks of swimming lessons at this pool, and after 3 weeks so far, I'm so impressed with the staff and program.

I believe the cost was $74 for both. We enjoyed indoor Pickleball courts, full cardio room and weight room. We didn't use the elevated walking platform or the gymnasium nor any of the classes --but there's so much more than what we got to use and I think it was still well with the price. Restrooms and showers were very clean, which is a bonus. Be aware that the lines can be long when the aquatic park opens around noon, but with our one month membership, we had a card to skip the line and scan ourselves into the gym facilities.
