They listened to exactly what Krista wanted for her trail adventures in the Black Hills, pulled out the perfect Trek model, and spent real time getting the fit spot-on so she feels confident and comfortable right From the beginning. The whole process was smooth, fun, and zero pressure. They answered every question (and there were a lot!), assembled the bike with expert care, tuned it perfectly, and even took it for a quick test spin to make sure everything was dialed in before we loaded it up.
