Thanks so much Chris for helping us replace the money-pit dinosaur Hot Springs model that wouldn't stop leaking despite multiple repair attempts with a MUCH better Marquis, with so much better space and jet configuration and stylish colored lights and waterfall self cleaning and sooooooo much easier maintenance -just like u said!. Each time we visit the store Tonya greets us and knows who we are. How does she do that? It feels like family. Chris and Bob worked great deals for us when we purchased our first spa and again when we traded up to a larger one. We moved and side panels were broken, but they knew exactly what to order, so our spa looks like new and when it was time to set up the spa, Chris came out to help. I bought my husband's hot tub last year and from the day we got it, it has been a nightmare, no one explained anything to us not to mention my hot tub went through my neighbor's fence. They did not check for any damage! I bought so many chemicals from the store asking each time why is my water so gross, I was told what I should put in to help the water and was charged 75 bucks to come and check out the problem, the guy who came said I had a faulty part and he changed it out and it worked perfectly till we used it, then water became nasty again, So I went to store, told the guy what I was putting in and he said they would come out and check, I was charged over 200 for them to come out and tell me I'm doing the chemicals wrong, I'm in shock considering I have asked a lot of what I should be adding, and added everything I was told, fast forward a couple weeks later and water is gross again. When we bought this hot tub we were told it's so easy to keep clean and maintain it, It has NOT, every time we talk to someone they tell us something different of what we should be adding or not to add., it get difficult to enjoy when it gross looking, this experience I will never own a hot tub again, If I could I would return this thing and get all of my money back, I'm extremely disappointed in this hot tub and the fact that everyone says something different! read more

We stopped in to pick up supplies and were drawn to the new spa with the salt water system. Bob worked up a decent trade for our used spa. The techs came out and installed the new Caldera spa. We totally love all the jets at the different stations and the fact that we don't need to use as much chemical is a plus. read more

RapidSpa knows hot tubs! I bought a Marquis Spa here and it was not only a good deal but works like a dream! The staff seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful and I can even take my spa water in when it gets out of wack and get it tested free, then they tell me how to fix it. Also, the showroom is really beatuiful and they have a lot of other products like Saunas, Pool Tables, Whirlpool Baths etc. You can tell when you walk in that they take pride in their business. read more

Terrible experience with terrible staff. I had prices changed on me everytime I turned around and finally had tp request everything in writing. The also changed out a pump motor and installed a 2 hp motor and removed a 5 hp motor. When asked they told me that that motor was just as good but they could install a bigger one for more money. That is just the tip of the iceberg of problems I had with this company! read more
