I would caution that this facility is not designed for anyone requiring disabled access to the pools - many stairs. We lucked out calling and getting of the last two reservations for a two hour hot springs soak. The reservation includes access to a sauna, lockers and private bathroom / showers. There are options for additional massage services also with reservations. Towel and robe rentals are also available but you can bring your own. We arrived early and enjoyed a light/healthy brunch before our hot spring access. We were warmly welcomed and provided for some simple guidelines for the phone free / adult only spa. Once inside and changed there are access to six pools with varying temperatures. After two hours in the mineral waters you are amazingly relaxed and skin is smooth as silk. I would definitely go out of my way to come back. Passing through the quaint town that showcases the sandstone buildings allows for other food options and a walk through the park. I've had loads of massages by other therapists that really help prevent migraines. Unfortunately, this massage was very much not deep tissue. It was relaxing enough, but it was light-touch and definitely not what I was going for. In fact, the condition of my traps/shoulders feels worse today than it did when I went in. If you're looking for just a regular ralaxing massage, this might be an alright choice. Definitely not the right choice if you need deep tissue/pain relief. I wish places wouldn't advertise deep-tissue if they can't deliver it.

The other night because we were there- we were trying to fulfill reservation we made. Joe was rude. He initially said right dates the took it back when I was getting upset. We were there in the off season, so it was pretty quiet in the hotel. I think there was one other room rented out. No hotel staff, it's run like an Airbnb and you're given the entry code by text. We did not mind this at all, it felt secluded and romantic! The spa rooms were really cool! I LOVED the sand room! I wish we'd known they do massages; I would have booked some for us, but maybe they don't offer those in the off-season. The downtown location is awesome, it's so close to restaurants, bars, and Moccasin Springs. We will absolutely stay here again!!
