He was told that he could use the credit another time. He has had many massages and this was, by far, the worst that he has ever had. I booked a deep tissue massage because I'm an athlete and also suffer chronic migraine, so the muscles in my shoulders and neck tend to be really painful and tight. I've had loads of massages by other therapists that really help prevent migraines. Unfortunately, this massage was very much not deep tissue. It was relaxing enough, but it was light-touch and definitely not what I was going for. In fact, the condition of my traps/shoulders feels worse today than it did when I went in. If you're looking for just a regular ralaxing massage, this might be an alright choice. Definitely not the right choice if you need deep tissue/pain relief. I wish places wouldn't advertise deep-tissue if they can't deliver it.

My chiropractor in Montana has seen me for two years and has not even been able to adjust my neck because it's stuck in place, and he has even used multiple modalities to allow it to relax enough that I can finally be adjusted. I thought that I would have this problem for the rest of my life. Dr. Runyan began my treatment with an emotional trauma release treatment using applied kinesiology and was then able to adjust my neck. I felt immediate, incredible relief. It's amazing that so much relief can come from an emotional trauma that's unrelated to what I thought was structural (whiplash). Great office experience. Kind, friendly, he made me laugh, and his receptionist is really nice.
