We have been coming to this water park the whole summer and it has been an amazing experience. If you come early, there are plenty of umbrellas and chairs to choose from. The water is usually warm and we usually battle with our kids cause they never want to go home. Our favorite part is the wave pool where you get to enjoy and relax on a wavy pool while laughing at your kids getting slapped by the wave near the shore. They're the ones who like being tossed around by the wave. We also like the water pad where the water squirts or creates multiple water arcs, and kids just run around and get wet. This is the place where parents can just sit or lay under umbrellas while watching their kids. We rented a cabana once when we had family guests from Texas. There was a breastfeeding baby so we thought, a cabana would be great, and it was. the server took us to our cabana and explained everything. You really do not need to go anywhere to get food. You just text your server what you want and the server will get the food for you. We also got two free Legoland towels and a huge Legoland bag. We'll be going back as soon as it opens again for the next summer. Totally worth it.

Despite by the time we're on the trip in April, it was going to be a cold - 60-70s and maybe rainy day. Tried to convince him otherwise but he made up his mind months ago, haha. Well it turned out that the son came out on our day but it was still cold, mid-60's. Unfortunately Chime park side was closed. Forgot when I sold this park initially to him that LEGOLAND is geared towards the younger age. As is the water park, the slides and rides are on the smaller kid age. So it should be perfect for son sons age of 5, but he has been to larger water parks and rode the big thrilling rides. So he had fun there, but he said it's bay ride slides haha. Then add on to that the wind chills and temperature. Our waterpark adventure ended pretty quickly. We did however make the rest of the day in the theme park end. By the way to go to the water park you need to also have tickets for the theme park as it's inside the theme park.

Everyone said they had a really good time and that they would love to come again. The slides got a thumbs up from the older kids and the splash pad did as well from the little ones. The water was warm in the splash pad but it did feel a little underwhelming not much to do. The one and only pool is big it goes from 3 ft to 6'6 ft deep. The water was warm but it definitely need of some TLC the paint/floor is chipping off and the stairs need to be deep cleaned or power washed. The grout looked black in some parts. The lazy river is 3 ft deep and there were plenty of inner tubes for everyone. I did see feathers and a little bit of trash in the water. Safety does seem to be of high priority with the amount of life guards and staff that are roaming the park. Given that it's mostly high schoolers they all seem to be doing their job and paying attention. The food was over priced but with the rule of no outside food we didn't have much choice but to purchase our meals in the park. The burger alone was $11 and the hotdog $4 ( I round up because I don't remember exactly amount). Over all we had a good time and would come and visit the park again in the future.

Cute little outside patio that I used to enjoy my morning coffee! My coworker had an older room that though needed an update , had a lovely, cozy fireplace. The grounds are stunning - I did not get to enjoy the pools due to a busy work schedule but did make a point of walking the golf course each morning! The property is abundant with stunning flowers and I enjoyed a stop to grab a morning coffee and Acai bowl at their marketplace! It's a large property, so be prepared to walk although there are also golf carts to help you get around! Stunning property that was a great spot for a week in Carlsbad

The hotel is very kid friendly with many pools, water slides, splash pad, and fun kids activities. My toddler was always busy and doing something without complaining!! They also offer free kids activities such as necklace making, ice cream scoops, and much more. The staff is very hospitable and makes sure you have everything you need from the moment you arrive. They are very attentive, respectful, and welcoming. They truly make you feel like you're at home. Our room was located in the newly remodeled villas section, which had its own private pool and jacuzzi. It is away from the main pool area, which was much more quiet and more relaxing. They also have an adult pool in the main pool area, which had a view overlooking the breathtaking golf course. Breakfast at The Vue was pretty solid. The food at the main pool was OK, but the food at the adult pool was even better. Overall, I really recommend this resort if you have kids. It has everything you need and you don't really need to leave the property. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. We will be back!

The condo was HUGE, super clean, and had everything we could possibly need -- honestly, I think we could've hosted a small party in there! The location is insane -- walking distance to LEGOLAND, and there's even a secret pathway that leads straight to the parking entrance. Talk about convenience! No "are we there yet?!" from the kids because it was just a hop, skip, and a jump away. The resort itself is amazing -- our suite was right by the playground, so the kids were entertained while we got a tiny breather. And the best part? We could watch LEGOLAND fireworks right from our room at night. Ping pong, games, and laughter galore -- this place is basically a kid paradise... and a slight adult paradise too because the beds were comfy. And the staff? Absolutely the sweetest ever! They were so friendly and helpful, and one of the ladies even went out of her way and bought a cake for my daughter's birthday -- I mean, can you even?! That was the sweetest thing ever and really made our trip extra special. and not to mention smore packages and u can have smore night!! Price-wise, the 2‑bedroom, 2‑bathroom suite for a Friday/Saturday night is typically around $400-$500+, depending on the season -- but honestly, with everything you get, it's worth every penny for a stress-free, fun-packed family getaway. Bottom line: If you're heading to LEGOLAND, stop looking -- this is your spot. Amazing location, amazing suite, amazing staff, and unforgettable family memories!

We went back-and-forth with if we wanted to stay there and pay that cost, or if we should stay at another local hotel for our visit. We are glad that we stayed at the hotel. Though the price is high, they provide a lot of great entertainment and things for the children to do right within the hotel. Also, the theming for the hotel is so cool for kids. We loved that there were two separated spaces for adults and kids. We ate at the hotel as well for breakfast and dinner. The food was good enough. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad at all.
