I do understand some of the other complaints about customer service and feeling ignored when you enter the facility. Most of the employees don't seem like they care about customer service. Now the reason I gave 2 stars was after waiting fir almost a week to hear about the diagnosis of my climbing saw (could be backlogged, no big deal) I began a game of phi e tag with the mechanic. I'm not a fan of the game so I went in to ask what the status was. I was told I needed a new carburetor and that would be about $170. I asked for my saw back amd when it was brought out, it was. A fee pieces, the linkage to the carburetor was off and the throttle body open to contaminants. So my saw in a few pieces, not being cared for, and handed back to me like a child is the reason for my review and why I will head back to Hill Country Outdoor Power for future chainsaw repairs. ​

To top it off they charged her $167 for this comprehensive diagnosis of every thing about car( didn't ask for) nowhere on the website does it say they charge for a quote. Used to be the standard for most service industries to offer free quotes so they can get the business.
