ALL DAY Breakfast is just what the area needed. Happy Spizzy opened this Brandywine location. It's modern with a cool vibe all while celebrating Gorgeous Prince Georges. The artwork is dope too. I've quickly become a regular. As such, I've tried almost all the smoothies named after cities in the county. They freeze fresh fruit so the flavor and consistency are nice. I customize by adding various items like extra spinach or ginger as needed. The patties (codfish is my fave) and superfood bowls are perfect snacks when you're not hungry. Finally, the Fort Washington vegan waffle topped with fresh fruit is more substantial. Come and enjoy. Don't forget to use the app to avoid waiting and accumulate points.

I placed an order through Uber eats which always makes me feel a little "so/so" when having a smoothie delivered. But nonetheless, I took a chance and I'm glad I did! My smoothie was not watered down/runny at all! I'm loving everything so far and the fact I could smell everything before even opening the bag tells me my food is fresh! I ordered the following: Temple Hills Smoothie (mango/pineapple and I added ginger) - top tier, I'm loving the flavor profile and just the right amount of ginger was added, not over powering at all Fort Washington Waffle: *chefs kiss! At first glance I was like, man I could eat more than just one! Wrong! This waffle is nice and thick, not airy, a good density and very filling. I can taste the vanilla which makes me happy..10/10 District Heights Banana Toast: this may sound simple, peanut butter on toast with banana and coco nibs and a maple syrup drizzle but it truly excited me lol so delicious. I would try them out again, but next time I'll stop by instead of doing a delivery service.

Locally owned, healthy options in the county. I've had their spinach patty and atleast four of the "city" smoothies. Always clean, great service that assists the community with pops-ups available. I've been SEVERAL times and will be back plenty more. You should too.

I made my way across the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, a pilgrimage I have made less frequently in the last few years. For context, I am coming from Virginia, and it is a good 20 minutes to get to the bridge. It was worth it to visit Spizzy in Brandywine. Their mission is to serve good food and good vibes to all who visit their store. They served a variety of smoothies, teas, all day-breakfast, Caribbean patties, and paninis. Spizzy is the creation of Prince George County-born and raised former Principal Victorious Hall. Victorious is an award-winning educator, speaker, and trainer. Every item on the menu pays homage to cities and towns within PG County with names such as Beltsville Panini, Brandywine Tea, and Largo Smoothie. What makes Spizzy different is they used 100% whole fruit - no ice or syrup. It has no added sugar, which is my preferred way to have smoothies. I usually used bananas as a substitute for sweetness. I ordered the limited edition Riverdale smoothie - made with mint, peach, and pineapple. There is no need for extra sugar- the pineapple provided just enough sweetness. The sun was shining the day I visited, & the smoothie gave me vacation vibes. The mint was good without being overwhelming. To go along with my drink, I grabbed a Caribbean patty. The lentils were filling & delicious. I grabbed a Landover Açaí Bowl for the road. Everything is made fresh, & freshness takes time! While I waited, I saw Spizzy provide items from other black-owned businesses... popcorn, books, & some of their own apparel paying homage to PG. The vibes are definitely there. Jordan greeted me warmly, and Jessica & I talked about the changes that have taken place in PG over the last few years. I was a resident of PG for almost 2 yrs, & I spent quite a bit of time in the area in the years before that.

Great local spot for smoothies and food! Prices are super reasonable compared to the large name brand chains.

First impression review: Awesome! From the moment I walked in, Spizzy Brandywine was nothing but good vibes. I was greeted right away and given space to browse the menu without feeling like I was being a bother. I went on a weekday afternoon, so it wasn't too busy and my waiting time was minimal. I tried the Camp Springs Milkshake- one vanilla and one chocolate. They had a strong coconut taste, so if you dont like coconut, you may want to try a smoothie instead. They were both good and even better mixed together :-) Spizzy crew, if you ever decide to make a swirl version, I think you'll have another hit. I look forward to going back and trying smoothies and some of the food items. Overall, if you're looking for some dairy-free goodness with natural ingredients and good vibes, support Spizzy!

This is their second location. Owner is super friendly. Decor is nice and modern. Smells great. Love the local-city-named menu items! A good selection of smoothies. Hot lunch items like Caribbean patties seasoned well and paninis with vegan and cold cut options. Also a handful of homebrew bottled teas. Will be back for yummy, healthful lunches. I see business picking up as we look for variety this summer.

I was telling my hairdresser that I was hungry, but it's hard finding something I can eat since I'm vegetarian. She recommended Spizzys, so I tried it. Great food & customer service! Will visit again.

Heard great things about this place, finally tried the new spot in Brandywine. Nice spot, staff welcoming. Smoothie was ok- we tried the Forestville (mango and strawberry). Didn't really taste much mango. Will go back to try another flavor though!

I saw this place on the local news and had to come down to try it. As a native Marylander (Upper Marlboro all day!!) I was very moved by the love that the establishment shows to PG county. I took my wife and my mother there to try it and we all loved it. Fresh fruit smoothies are SUPER delicious, and the waffle BOY! I was skeptical it being a vegan waffle but please, try it. You will not be able to tell the difference. It was light and fluffy and you can have toppings on it. I downloaded Spizzy app so best believe I will be stopping by when I come home to visit every time.

Best smoothie I have had. Love that they have sea moss. Cute that they name smoothies after Maryland cities.

had a really frustrating experience at the Old Town Alexandria location this morning…read more I placed my order the night before through the app so it would be ready right at 9:00 AM. My mornings are tightly scheduled--I deal with health issues and go straight to teaching Pilates--so I rely on that order-ahead feature actually working. I arrived a few minutes after 9:00 and my order hadn't been made. After waiting, I went up to the counter and was told I "can't order the night before," which makes no sense because the app clearly allows it. I was asked for my name multiple times before they finally found the order, and then told they just hadn't made it yet. I ended up waiting again, and after another 10 minutes had to follow up a second time. The entire interaction was met with a dismissive, unprofessional attitude. At that point, what is the point of ordering ahead? If the system allows advance orders, they should be prepared on time--or at the very least handled professionally when there's an issue. I also work at a local Pilates studio and hear ongoing complaints about the customer service at this location. Unfortunately, my experience today matched exactly what others have been saying. Really disappointing.
