If you are an owner and want to sell the house, he will scam you. In this case,he scammed me to sell the house much cheaper than the market value. He then got his friend to buy the house so he can look like an agent only in the sale. While in reality, he and his friend bought the house together for investment (much less than the market value), scamming me in the process. If you are an owner and in the process of selling your house, you need an honest energetic real estate agent; especially if you are out of state or busy with relocation ..etc. This agent is not the one. He will take advantage of you for his and his friends' benefits. My advice: stay away. Not worth it.

Linda went above and beyond at EVERY turn -- from the initial marketing of the house, to the pricing of the house... to "talking me in off the ledge" a couple of times, to making sure everything was as it said it was, to making sure things were up to code. There is not a single detail that was too small to gain Linda's attention, and she executed on those details with absolute precision. As first-time homebuyers, we found her guidance and opinions very useful and valuable -- we always learned something new at each showing! She promptly emailed me around 15 properties that fit the bill. I trimmed the list down to about 7 that I was interested in and she set up appointments to see them all. I will never understand why someone looking for a house would not use a buyers agent. They do all the work for you and you don't have to pay them. Their commission is split with the seller's agent. Not a dime out of your pocket! Carol was very helpful when I was looking at houses. She asked a lot of questions I would never have known to ask of the seller's agents. Who is going to pay to remove something (asbestos tile), who is responsible for bringing something up to code, etc. It's nice to have someone in your corner who has your best interest in mind. Highly recommend!
