Ordered two street cart doner wraps and two Coke ZEROs, instead, I received two crusty, dried-out wraps and two Diet Cokes. No sauces or napkins were included (even though I requested these). This place was amazing! We had the gyro (with fries inside) and the vegan gyro with falafel. Both delicious! We also had the Medi Bowl (amazing) and the fried pita strips and hummus. I've been picking up Cart wraps from Eagle Rock Spitz for many years. I normally order and pay for extra meat option and could clearly see the difference in quantity. However, lately (maybe after Covid? the extra meat option would barely be the amount of what a regular Spitz sandwich used to be. I guess Spitz has followed the rest of the industry and reduced their portions rather than raising prices! Very unfortunate. Won't go back to Spitz again! read more

Loved the Doner salad I got! Very flavorful as usual. The only issue is parking. Rather limited (3 spaces and hard to exit). I used a trick this time: went to the nearby Target to buy something I needed, and then left the car there as I walked to the restaurant (less than 1 block away). This was a pick up order. Took so long for us to have our food ready. My son and I probably waited for about 30 mins.The people before us got their food ahead of us. When we got our food, it wasn't even hot, as if they waited the last minute to give our food.The food was okay and have small serving. Will not come back to this place. I love their fries! I literally could eat them every single day. I've been to their Little Tokyo location, but this was my first time at the Eagle Rock location. I prefer this location. I love the outdoor seating area and the parking situation, hands down, is way better than the Little Tokyo location. I've tried a few things but the one that's always on repeat are the fries!!!! You cannot go wrong with the fries! It's the perfect texture, seasoning and size. They're good alone but also taste fantastic with the garlic aioli sauce! Service was ok. Not bad, but not great - a bit slow, considering there wasn't a swarm of people; it was actually pretty empty. The inside is definitely smaller than the Little Tokyo location, but again, their outdoor space makes up for it - it's incredible! It's spacious and feels private from the street. read more
