    BBQ Chicken Flatbread

A few tables inside this market/coffee shop/bar/restaurant? With a number of reasonably priced menu offerings. I ordered a BBQ Chicken Flatbread, and my wife got a Mushroom Burger (sans the Swiss cheese) Food took about 20 minutes to come out. Employee showed me the items inside the containers when I picked up the food took make sure it was what we ordered. Everything was very good, and the serving sizes were generous.

My husband came here by mistake (food hall confusion) and got the haupia malasada for the family. Wow wow wow. Nothing to do with rotisserie chicken but had to share.

First stop on our vacation. Great grab and go options or order a dish freshly made. I tried the Loco Moco and was greeted with that aloha feeling of comforting food. Ambience is a marketplace setting, grab other snacks, drinks and souvenirs.

Spitfire is kind of a grab and go food counter that offers a broad range of food options. We stopped by for a quick lunch where everyone could pick what the wanted. The flatbread pizza and salads look really good. We ordered a couple flatbreads and a grab and go salad. They have a couple of tables inside. I guess this is a small food court. There were no tables available but we were able to cobble seating together outside. The table was dirty and people were walking all around us. If you can't get a table inside, go somewhere else. The flatbreads were ready in about 15 minutes. They were hot and came out in a box. The crust was crispy and good. The toppings were generous with lots of fresh cheese. The Margarita cheese had big medallions of fresh mozzarella and slices of tomato. The was a little spinach buried beneath the cheese. The pizza was delicious. The Meatlover pizza was also good with bits of bacon, sausage, pepperoni and mushroom. The salad was fresh and came with a spicy dressing that was hot and tangy. The salad was packed with veggies and tabouli and was a winner in my book. So the food is good, but the place falls apart in the experience. No public restrooms, I wanted to wash hands. Inadequate seating. Dirty table. And we were charged extra for a to-go box for the leftovers. The prices were reasonable, even inexpensive. The food was good. Maybe best as a take out place.

Located in the Duke's Lane Market, we saw plenty of people getting the malasadas here. We got the ube malasada and the mini mochi malasada. Not a big fan of donuts usually. It was a bit on the sweeter side. But, they were fresh! I preferred the mochi version as I do like the chewy texture.

Bougie fast food... Dukes Lane Market & Eatery is a little shopping arcade filled with a variety of vendors from coffee, bakery, Basalt restaurant and this Spitfirre Rotisserie & Flatbread even a mini market all on the ground floor of the Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach. With a huge menu offering items local will love like fried rice, loco moco to burgers and flatbread pizzas, and yes everything is crafted which does reflect the prices being in the heart of Waikiki I was really craving something simple and looked at some grab and go refrigerated items and noticed a soba plate. This was a Matcha Soba with a piece of inari sushi originally at $6.29 was at a 20% discount sounds just what I was looking for as it came out to $5.27 including tax. There are just three tables there for the entire place which is pretty sad though I was lucky to grab one and yes the soba was dated so it was very very cold though still okay the sushi was just hard and pretty much inedible but it satisfied me and I was just thrilled for the price. The staff there is just okay did the very minimum of greet and service gave me a fork and napkins never asked about a bag or chopsticks mind you I'm having soba...whatever and just rolled with it and am thankful I went frugal as this wasn't the place that wanted my biz...aloha. Thank you!

Review is mainly for mochi malasada 4 stars cuz it's crunchy and chewy, but I don't think I tasted ube ? Much interesting texture than Leonard's lol Tuna + egg sandwich combo Bread was plush, tasted better than a ca 711 sandwich and had ample filling. Ok if you need something in your stomach Musubi Got some random ones, they did have a Portuguese sausage one with a thin cut that I did enjoy despite the hella rice. Poke Actually pretty good and a cute snack size, like 1/2c lol Next to our hotel and quick, wish they had more selection at 7:30am, but I'll take it

This is a nice little go to place the food is ok.. they say world famous burgers I don't know what world they are talking about but not this one.... I have been here twice and both times I felt rushed and no one was behind me.... They are just in a hurry....

When I see your face There's not a thing that I would change 'Cause you're amazing Just the way you are... I came to Spitfire Rotisserie & Flatbread with a friend who works in the area because back in the day... this was in my rotation when craving Malasadas in Waikiki! Located in Dukes Alley foodcourt on Kūhiō Ave. it's convenient and prices on par for Waiks. I think this visit may have been my 30th visit! It's déjà vu to me! And yes, a young Bruno Mars started his career nearby on Kūhiō with his parents as his biggest fans... Spitfire Rotisserie & Flatbread is by no means fancy as it's more cafeteria style but works in my profession when always on the go. I've actually had Loco Moco, Cheeseburgers, Chicken sandwiches, Breakfast bowls with Fried Rice, and a variety of Malasadas! I've had the Original Malasada, Cinnamon, Mango, Mochi Ube and Haupia! On my latest visit I decided on the Haupia Malasada to give me that island style boost! The Malasadas here is a nice option when craving the Portuguese dessert and not willing to drive up to Leonard's or travel to one of the local bakeries like Pipeline, etc. It's by no means top tier Malasadas but if you want fresh and tasty here it is! Get it hot if can! Her lips, her lips I could kiss them all day if she'd let me Her laugh, her laugh She hates, but I think it's so sexy She's so beautiful and I tell her everyday... I do! In the end, Spitfire Rotisserie & Flatbread is a great stop if in Waikiki and looking for affordable lunches & snacks for the beach. Fountain or à la carte drinks, but a pro tip is to purchase your drinks at ABC store steps away - more options and saves you money, honey! And when you smile The whole world stops and stares for a while 'Cause girl, you're amazing Just the way you are... just the way you are...

The guava bar was delicious and flavorful and just crumbles in your mouth! Definitely one of the better guava bars I've tried. Love how crumbly it is. The salmon belly was delicious OMFG. It looks so simple and straightforward but that sht is so flavorful. It is crispy and yet soft on the inside. The salmon belly is cut into bite-sized pieces so I didn't have to worry about using a knife to cut it. I usually try salmon belly where it is usually seasoned lightly to bring out the natural flavor of the salmon, but Guava Smoked's salmon belly is just grilled in a way that makes the salmon sweet/crispy and still get traces of the salmon taste as well. It's definitely not your traditional Japanese-style way of cooking salmon belly but really just their own. I'd go back and get this again. Another thing too. I'd get this with beer. This would hit very hard with alcohol but because I don't drink I need a kombucha. The grilled salmon belly would go perfect with it. Cheers! Uncle was very helpful and kind when serving and if you dine-in he brings it to your table.

TL;DR The spicy pork…read moreis good. ----- I had Guava Smoked on my radar for quite a while, so when I found myself nearby and craving a protein-packed plate lunch, I decided to drop in. There is a dedicated parking lot behind the restaurant that is shared with the other businesses in the same building. When I walked into the restaurant at about 1pm on a Wednesday, I was surprised to find it almost empty. It's a pretty large space, so the lack of patrons was rather glaring. There was one person sitting at the counter facing the kitchen and one employee working. This was my very first visit to Guava Smoked so I asked the person at the counter what he recommends. He said the two most popular meats are the kalbi and the spicy pork. "Perfect!" I thought, because those were the two options I was eyeing. Unfortunately, they were out of kalbi that day. Bummer... Nothing else on the menu caught my eye, so I ordered a smoked spicy pork plate to go. The spicy pork was good. Did it blow my mind? I wouldn't say it did. But it was satisfying enough. Honestly, I really wish they had kalbi available when I went. Hopefully next time I stop in they will.
