We were able to take our projects home with us that day. I would recommend to others, especially for a work event.

What a GREAT shop…read more.. The Golden Feather is (what I consider) a boutique shop. There is plenty to see, and is the PERFECT place to shop for gifts. They even have gift cards! What I love the most about the Golden Feather is that everything is unique - it all comes from local artists. They have jewelry, pottery, scarves, artwork, tons of cute things for babies, and lots more... When you walk in, you'll see lots of tables and shelves, with merchandise all over the place! On the walls, on the floors... It's a great at-home feeling, not the sterile shopping experience you get at a department store. There is a lot to see here, so take your time! The prices range - some items are higher than others, but again, keep in mind that the items are handmade... And you are paying for quality. They always have clearance shelves also, I just got something today marked as $60 for 50% off! My mother swears by this place - whenever she has to go to a baby shower/house warming, she comes here for all of her gifts. They have great gift baskets, and they will gift wrap for free. They put your merchandise in a beautiful bag with tissue paper and a peacock feather... Very nice touch. There is a parking lot outside with plenty of parking, and is right off of Rt. 30, so it is super easy to get to. The staff have always been cordial and will help you out with any questions you have. Thanks to the women who opened it for brining a classy establishment to Hammonton!

I went with my 4 year old niece. Cara (the owner) was very nice and patient. She helped us pick out our pottery and colors. She helped set up my niece with her palette and paintbrushes. We had fun painting and drying, then adding glitter. They spray your work with gloss when you are done and you get to take it home the same day if you don't require it to be food safe - otherwise, they keep it for a week or two and apply glaze finish on it. Overall, we had a great experience because the ladies were nice and attentive; the process was seamless and smooth; and it wasn't too expensive. They have a variety of ceramic sculptures (including Sesame Street & Disney characters for the kids), cups, plates, and canvas. PS. They let my niece play with paint and finger paint on the paper-covered table while we waited for our pottery to be ready. They were so nice!

Such a cool place and I'll definitely be back!

I was shocked to see that Fahrenheit didn't have a Yelp page yet today, glad I could fix that!…read more This place is so fun, artistic, and the best...locally-owned! If you couldn't tell already, I am a big fan of Fahrenheit/this great paint-your-own pottery studio. I have been here countless times since they opened a while back. Each time I go there are new types of pottery you can paint as well as the classics. Your choices range from plates, mugs, butter dishes, christmas ornaments, earring holders, decorations, and so much more. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They are also almost always working on their own pieces as they work throughout the day, which is so fun to see. You can tell everyone here loves doing what they do. Helpful tip, they take reservations and can book up fast during the holiday season or popular weekends. You can call for reservations (they are easy to talk to on the phone, in case you are someone who worries about that). When you go inside you check-in and they will tell you where your table is, it usually has your name written as well. You can pick whatever you want to paint, use any paint colors, and then they will put it in the kiln and you pick it up after. They call you when it is done! Oh and they also have a parking map on their website for anyone coming out of town. I am planning another appointment ASAP to make some fun holiday gifts and I definitely suggest you do the same!
