At first, I thought it was a bit strange that they were performing inside of a Target, but I'm sure they worked it out with the managers. Plus, May is AAPI heritage month, so it was also nice to see them celebrate. Unlike some of the usual Target locations I go to in California, this Target appeared to be well-stocked with a variety of items. That being said, there was a good selection to choose from for the items that we needed. The customer service we received was friendly and helpful. 4 out of 5 stars.

I ordered it in the store and the computer accepted the order and indicated that it was in stock. They said to pick it up in 2 hours. We went to a nearby movie theater. I checked my email and it said "come by and pick it up." I got there and showed the service department person the message and he said it was OUT OF STOCK. Obviously I was unhappy and really wasn't in the mood for store excuses. Nevertheless he was aware that I "was frustrated ". He said a neighboring Target had 6 in inventory and would price match my order. I wasted gas due to Target's error and found what I needed in Temple. The stocker did price match the online Target price.

I used to love coming to this Hobby Lobby location and decorating my home with items from here, but…read morerecently my experiences have been completely ruined by the attitude of some of the employees. Over the last 2 months, one Hispanic young employee with red hair has made every visit extremely unpleasant with rude behavior and a terrible attitude. Today, she was also constantly staring at us in a very judgmental way and making us feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time we were shopping. No customer should feel watched or judged just for being in the store. The older cashier with glasses at the register was also openly looking us up and down and came across as very judgmental and unwelcoming. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or judged while simply trying to shop. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite stores, but the customer service lately has been awful. I really wish management would hire kinder, more professional employees instead of people with constant attitudes toward customers.

Another annoying thing is I asked what size the suspenders normally fit too and the girl goes 3 plus... so I guess my son could wear them at 14!? Ok. I've never heard of Ollie's, so I really didn't have expectations going in. I just wanted books. Normally, I'd remove a full star for cleanliness (I have a South Phoenix, ghetto background), but oddly, it didn't bother me because this store is obviously very old. The book section delivered, and my son found a full fantasy book set as well as a cook book. I found a set of bowls I can use for leftovers. And wtf they have furniture?! They don't deliver, but that is listed in their rules but Jesus fuck, that's a great price! I wouldn't buy food here, but that's only because as I've grown, I've gone to bougie farmers markets in Phoenix. But if you're on a strict budget? This place is fantastic! I signed up for the rewards program (seriously, you can't go wrong with this), and the cashier explained everything. I'd 1000%, one million percent recommend this place. If you're on a budget, this is definitely worth checking. There's truly no shame in saving a few extra bucks, especially in our economy. I loved this and I will definitely return. As a side note, my mother in law would DESPISE this place, which is all the more reason for me than establish my white trash paradise. If you DO judge white trash, just remember: we have WAY more fun than middle and upper class because we don't give two f*cks about appearance. We just know how to love better on a budget.

I have been to one of them there though. While visiting in Killeen, I stopped at this one. This store was well lit. The merchandise was laid out and presented well. A lot of cute clothes here at decent prices. I also love their accessories as they bring out an outfit even more. The staff was friendly and not hoovering over me as I shopped. The stores pretty much look the same. The plus sizes on one side and the regular sizes on the other. Shoes, purses, and accessories in the back near the dressing rooms. I did not go into the dressing room this time around, so I can't comment on that. Overall, I liked this store just as I have liked the others I have visited through the years. When in the area again and the shopping bug catches me, I won't hesitate to come back.

The people working at the registers are often playing on their phones and not paying attention or offering assistance in any way. Once I purchased a handful of things only to realize weeks later when wrapping a gift that I was not given the clearance price as marked, and charged full price. Which I guess is partly my fault, because I must have been distracted while being rung up, but I don't work there, so it seems to me like they really should have caught it. The price was literally marked through with a pen/marker with the clearance price directly beneath it. What I really find frustrating is that they tried to charge tax when I was trying to purchase a gift card. They are attempting to take in taxes twice, which is illegal in many states. I will never purchase gift cards from them and I can't say I would recommend this store any longer because it feels like a shady business practice overall.
