We had to open up the resealable bag for the costume to see the length of the costume next to my daughter and the employee snapped at us and said that we had to go to the fitting rooms. At the fitting room area the employees take your merchandise and empty the contents into a small shopping basket. The costume that we were checking out had a wig and when we advise the employee that we needed to see the wig the employee very aggressively said "You don't need the wig; it stays." The employees should have a reminder of the reason that they are there and get in a better Halloween spirit. It really puts a kill switch on your mood when you go there feeling festive but regret giving your money to an establishment that doesn't seem to appreciate your hard earned bucks. For a seasonal store employees should be more courteous and not act like they're working for free year round. Don't ever forget who pays your salary and get the witch broom out of your behind.
