This place is probably the most empty party store I've ever been in my life!…read more When you walk in, there's a huge empty double aisle's worth of space. Straight down that aisle is the costume corner with the wall of all the styles and the aisle of accessories (just being put out) is perpendicular to that. There is one other tiny 1/2 aisle of just accessories seperated by theme (flapper/gangster, egyptian/greek, etc) for the people that just want to add a crown or Cheech wig to their repetoire instead of spending $50+ on a full costume. I'd say this place is more for actual party supplies than costume selection.

They do have a huge selection but sometimes I see the kid themed party selection is low. So if I have 20 kids for party I can't find 20 favors in the aisle. So shop early for kid themed parties. They have tons of everything and is a cool place to buy Halloween costumes. You can get custom invitations here. Balloons are also available esp the cool different ones. The basic ones are overprice ($2.99 each) especially when similar ones are at the dollar store. The check out line always sucks. Never seem to be enough cashiers... that's my only big issue. Yes I'll be back.

I'd like to respond to the review by Jonathan W…read more Unique Image was sold the end of 2022 so we are unable to reply directly to the review- which was posted 3 years AFTER the poster placed the order. The details here are important to understand. This customer purchased his own shirts and only came to Unique Image (Ui) to have them printed. He had the shirts drop- shipped directly to Ui. The shirts were counted in as is the normal practice. The customer was notified immediately that the 3X shirts were not received and he should notify his vendor about the missing shirts to have them sent. Ui offered to print the shirts once they arrived. The customer was only charged for the printing of the shirts that were received, therefore no refund was warranted. Not sure what else the customer expected Ui to do for him as we were not the supplier of his shirts. Had he placed the order for the shirts with Ui we would've made sure he got them. Not sure why he's chosen to post about this 3 years later??!!

Anytime I need a craft item, I wait until I'm on my way to Delaware and stop by this Michael's!…read more I've found odd craft supplies cheaper here than on Amazon.com and the coupons are always worthwhile. The store itself is very clean and easy to maneuver, though I wish there were more associates around to help...I do tend to get overwhelmed when looking for things here. I get easily distracted by the craft project displays in the middle of the aisles. They don't have papermaking or bookbinding supplies (they used to carry them but apparently that stopped) but they did have a latchhook rug grid and the backing to make T-shirt quilts. This is in a great location around a lot of other awesome stores and the best part is it's TAX FREE!

I realize that this is a company choice but I was still dismayed. Miranda, the "customer experience manager " was there and quickly defended the store. She said, everyone has changed to this now" . She went on to say that Walmart doesn't offer bags anymore. I have two things to say to this, I'm not at Walmart, and I don't shop Walmart. One reason is that I expect better service from other retailers. i don't expect the customer service to be so rude at Michaels but if you strive to be Walmart, keep up the lack of service and promoting incredibly rude people to manage customer service. She didn't stop muttering about how I could expect bags until I left. I would like to add that the young woman at the register was perfectly helpful and did not argue with me. She just offered the bags to purchase. Maybe she should be the customer see manager. I will gladly take my business elsewhere if this is what I have to expect.
