The return policy on the receipt is for any merchandise returned and accompanied by a receipt the purchase price will be refunded by the method of payment (ie. cash = cash, debit = debit). The employees insisted that the only way the purse could be returned was to give them the purse and wait for 4 - 6 weeks for a check. We had to argue for over 20 minutes to agree to put the refund on the debit card. Will think twice before coming back...

Why not just switch it out, it's the same item anyway with the same sku number. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. Today I scored a pop funk snoopy chef for $10 and some Loungefly Minnie ears. Sign up for their rewards, you get rewards money for your birthday and randomly I guess? Today I had $5 rewards but didn't know! I think you get $5 after spending so much in a year. They also do boxlunch money which is when you spend a certain amount, you get boxlunch money which is $15 off when you spend $30 during a certain period of time. It's only a certain time you can earn it and then the date to redeem it usually lasts a good two weeks and is usually a few months in the future from when you bought it so you don't have to come the next week to spend it. If you buy three items, they will take money off of each item to make $15 rather than just one item even if it is over $30. Always check their clearance section, sometimes it's buy two get two free, today it was 70% off the clearance price tag. I scored some Loungefly Mickey and Minnie ears. They are normally like $50 I got them for $6! The snoopy funko pop was on special (they had a printed piece of paper stating that 5 certain ones were only $10.) but on the website is was on sale for 6.99. But their website doesn't ship to Alaska for free, you have to pay $25 flat rate no matter if you reach their $75 minimum which kind of sucks. Some items you can pick up for free at dimond center but very select few. Better of going to the store. Recently there's a weird constant rattling sound in the ceiling of the store, I hope they get that fixed sooner rather than later but it's been quite a while now. The sales people are pretty helpful. They will ask if you need any help and they watch the counter decently if you want to check out if they are busy doing something else and it's a slow time in the store. But overall you can find tons of Disney items, Harry Potter, Pokémon, all kinds of anime, Star Wars, hello kitty, and so much more. I happened across this place by chance when I visited a neighboring store to see if any new Funko…read morePop figures came out. Boxlunch is a brand new tenant in the Dimond Center located on the 1st floor down the hall from the entrance to Dave & Busters. The place is filled with a wide variety of novelty items like T-shirts, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, fleece blankets, key chains, board games, and Funko Pop figures....(lots of them) based off of popular TV shows like Game of Thrones and Stranger Things, movies like Harry Potter and the Marvel franchise, video game characters from Fallout and Super Mario Bros, to name a few in the pop culture lexicon. The employees here are super friendly. They greet you immediately upon entering and ask if there is anything in particular that you are looking for. Say anything of the aforementioned TV shows or movies and you will see how much they enjoy discussing the subject with customers. I told them I saw their giant display of Funko Pop figures as I was walking by outside and wanted to take a closer look. The selections were very impressive with a massive amount of Disney characters, sport celebrities, movie personalities, and TV show icons.The prices were very reasonable with a sale on most of them that brought the price down to $5 each or a reasonable $10 at the regular price. I picked out three memorable pieces to add to my growing collection: the Kool-Aid man, a TV ad icon from my childhood years, the Zoltar Fortune Teller machine from Big with Tom Hanks, and Miss Yvonne from the 80's kid show Pee Wee's Playhouse. (Fun fact: Laurence Fishburne played the cowboy in that show.) I purchased those along with a cool Game of Thrones drinking glass with the memorable quote from Tyrion Lannister: "I drink and I know things." What really makes this place special from other retailers in the mall is that the proceeds from the store go to a charitable cause. Boxlunch has joined Feeding America to help fight hunger. Every $10 you spend in the store will be a meal donated to the less fortunate in need of food. What an amazing business concept! This business model has already resulted in 40 million meals donated from Boxlunch locations across the country. Certain promotional Funko Pop figures if purchased, will result in 10 meals donated by the company. You can also round up your purchase for a donation like secondhand thrift stores do or make a straight donation without a purchase. A one dollar donation equals 10 meals. Students get a 25% discount on tees when they show proper ID. I strongly urge everyone, not just fellow Yelpers, to visit this store and participate in a good cause especially with the holidays around the corner.

I think that was a good move, much more shopping traffic. Anywho... Skechers Warehouse has sooooo many shoes to choose from for men, women and children. I was taking my husband there to look for a pair, he's pretty picky and I was pleased he found some. I ended up also grabbing a pair that the other store was out of, yay for me! They're always running sale, which is nice when you want to get more than one pair. The staff were very kind and helpful too. When the size for my husband wasn't on the shelves, a gal found one in the back stock for him. There are of course rewards to sign up for too, for future purchases.
