I found decor for my playroom and for a great clearance price too it's worth looking in the back. Something I didn't care for was that two or three cashiers at the front were having their own loud conversation that wasn't very appropriate and they did not have the professionalism to cut the convo short for a minute and just resume after we checked out. The young man we had as our cashier though was incredibly professional and ultra polite. I don't go to kohls often but when I do it's typically to buy Nike or Adidas because I know they have it there.

So I repeated the process and this time she said I have to call Corporate. It came up as a duplicate purchase. The manager comes over and he's TRYING to explain to me that it didn't go through. Until I pulled up my bank account and the debt is already out of my account. I showed him my account 3 times and he kept saying it will drop off. No it won't it already came out of my account that's why it's saying duplicate. After he comes back he brings a receipt that's 5 minutes after the first receipt that says voided in store. It wasn't a void. My daughter was being really polite but he came off as rude, very rude. He wasn't listening to what we were saying. His facial expression showed he didn't care it was his way or no way. He then said she has to pay for it ...again. I said no I don't want it. The two people working were amazing. They saw I was handicapped and needed just a little more help. They smiled and talked to me with respect just as I was doing with them. Bryce the manager was very rude and didn't care that it came out of My account all he wanted to do was mansplane to us. When my daughter asked his name he said it with an attitude. For no reason. No one raised their voice at him not once. I love Sephora but I will never in my Life go back to that location because of him. He makes no one want to shop. And they are having a good sale.

There are cameras everywhere. Security greets you at the door. They have cool pulley baskets to make your shopping easier. Their carts have technology that will not allow them to leave the store. It's definitely bilingual in here. Everything is translated into Spanish and the best part? Tons of Mexican snacks and candies all over. Also lots of plantain chips of all kinds. It's giving California and I love it. My tween didn't find anything but we found lots of big/tall (larger) stuff for my gentle giant. But of course we'll be back.

I found a few pairs of boots I love but I'll have to find them online in bigger sizes because I have pretty large calves and they have a limited stock. They are pricy. A lot of it is quality clothing, work wear brands and western clothing and that all comes at a premium. As much as I want an $80 Laney Wilson short sleeve western shirt, the quality just didn't feel great but that's doesn't speak for everything. Overall I'll be back. Maybe because I'm a western wear lover, maybe because they know I'm a sucker for using coupons.

Upstairs is the food court with more local owned restaurants than your typical mall food court. I like upstairs because my daughter likes to ride the 25¢ rides. There's a JCPenny as the big box store and they have a lot of good housewares and clothes often on sale but that's about as big as it gets. Theres more clothing stores and specialty stores. I did think that there's pretty adequate security in this mall walking around and their numbers are posted up all over to call in case you see something fit for such a call. Parking costs money but it's ridiculously cheap compared to other malls in the country. I paid $2 for maybe under two hours.

If you need gear for the cold and are only a casual hiker: this is the place to go. You pay the big bucks for cold weather gear that is light and breathable (if you need this, go to AMH), but if you just need cold gear for short hikes, or walking around town, or working outside: this is the place. I was impressed by how cheap their gloves are. I might start buying my ice climbing gloves here, instead of REI/AMH. If you're an Extratufsexual, you'll have a lot to chose from here.
