I go shopping here for shoes, tennis gear come on softball gear and bicycle accessories. They have a good customer service mindset, especially at the bicycle section and shoes. Are there items like garments clothes you have to figure it out on your own. The price might be a little expensive, but if you have a credit card with them, you will accumulate points and Avail it has coupons down the line. I have also seen online coupons of Coach coupons being honored by the store, which is cool. The softball collection of bats gloves and balls everything seems quite sufficient enough to shop. Overall a good place to shop you can also check online pics sporting goods.com to see if they have items on in stock and then go to the shop or you can order for pick up to that's a cool option as well.

She was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you, Angelina, for going above and beyond and providing such excellent customer service! Unfortunately, my interaction with the male manager was the complete opposite. When I politely asked if I could use the restroom, his response was simply, "We don't have a bathroom," and he walked away. I completely understand if a restroom isn't available to customers, but his response and demeanor came across as rude and dismissive. The only reason I'm giving this visit five stars is because of Angelina. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help turned the experience around. Rally House is fortunate to have someone like her representing the store. Thank you again, Angelina!

Their clothes were…read morealways classy and 'classic' and I didn't mind spending a little extra $ because the quality was always top notch. Lately, their clothes look horrible. I just got the Women's Early September 2023 catelog -- even the model on the front cover looks horrible -- she's a beautiful woman and she looks frumpy. There's literally nothing in this catalog that says "Buy me". Perhaps some marketing focus groups told them to go in this direction -- but it's causing me to go somewhere else. Their women's clothing line just doesn't look good -- for ~the last year. If I wanted to shop at LLBean -- I'd shop there. Good luck.

I purchased a beautiful men's full zip jacket, a women's wool blend sweater, and a Patagonia hiking shirt that was 50% off. The young man who rang me up was incredibly nice and very chatty. So much so that he accidentally rang up my purchases at full price. When he realized this, he rang me up again, saying, "Don't worry, you won't be charged twice." Long story short, when I went through my bank statement a week later, I'd been charged twice. I went in today with my statement and the clothing and Kyle was INCREDIBLE. Apologetic, helpful, reassuring, saying he'd "take care of it and contact" me tomorrow. THIS IS WHY we love smaller businesses. They are HUMAN and although like all of us, sometimes make errors, they rectified it immediately. And now I will never go back to REI unless Trail Creek simply doesn't carry what I'm looking for. #customers for life.

Someone was stringing a racket as I walked by. Various memorabilia were on offer as well. Service was available if I needed it, but they weren't overly pushy, and as someone who's worked in a specialty retail environment sometimes management wants you to be pushy. The selection is fairly high-end (even the sale rack shirts weren't cheap), which makes sense for a specialty store; if you want to go to Dick's or something that's fine as well. If you're looking for a quality racket or some stringing, I'd be here. I don't have that need at present, so I just picked up some small things, but I've got the place in my head should the right circumstances emerge in the future.

I had only ordered from Shibe through mail order until my last visit to Philadelphia. Then, as I'm killing time and walking around before a concert, I walked past their physical shop. I had to duck in. Lots of Eagles Super Bowl swag, stickers, shirts and hats. I purchased Phils and Birds stickers and a really cool Phillies knit cap. Prices are way more competitive than I would've expected from a place located in the heart of the city. One interesting thing, while I was perusing the shop a person walked in and asked the employees "Do you sell anything aside from Philly teams?" The answer "Absolutely not". A minor complaint was uttered as he walked back out. I'm so here for that.
