On returned trip out of Niagara, after we had waited in line to check our main bag and proceeded towards security, we were told that one of our backpacks would have to go into the overhead bin even though it had been a free carry on because all of a sudden " it's too big" We had to return to the baggage checking line which was now about 50 people deep and pay $75 to put a bag above my head. My daughter had the same exact pack pack she put under her seat. They told us "Florida should never have let us do that" put our backpack under the seat. This Niagara Falls airport did this to at least 10 people. What a rip off and awful experience. They nickel and dime you for every thing you add on until the flight is way more than other airlines then gig you right before you board the plane so you have no choice at that point but to pay up! I could have flown Southwest for a lot cheaper after adding up all the extra fees and got a free beverage and snack! It ruined our great weekend at Niagara. The airport had no places to get food and only had Allegiant flights flying into it. Avoid stay away at all costs Rudest staff ever at this airport. My wife and I had a recent trip to Niagra Falls and we used a Touch of Class for our ride from the…read moreairport to the Hotel. I emailed them to get a quote and it came back very quickly. John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. Obviously you pay way more money to take this tour, than to do these destinations on your own, Pros and Cons? Certainly. Pros: -They pick you up at either your hotel, or a designated area. -You get to go to the highlight spots without having to purchase separate tickets. -You do not have to pay for parking, or attempt to find parking for each of the attractions. -Border crossing could not be more easy. Cons: -You may not get to spend as much time, or you may spend too much time for you, at each of the attractions. -You are tied to a group, so part of the pace of you journey is tied to the others you are bundled with. -The "Lunch" stop. Yes you can pack your own, you can purchase at the designated spot which has a store and a Maple Syrup tasting, but clearly this is a designated tourist trap and of course the stop here was quite long. -The sign in the front of the van to "Tip your drivers, that 20% is customary as this is how they make the majority of their wages"

The adjoining door is pretty light as well. We could hear our neighbor talking on the phone at 9pm as well as the person she was talking to on speaker. The party next door started a couple hours later. Impossible for us to sleep. We called down to the front desk around midnight. They called the neighbor and it got quieter for a bit...until more people arrived. We finally got to sleep about 4:30am. Complained again in the morning (afternoon actually by the time we woke up), and they said they would address it. Asked to change rooms but none available. Second night it was quiet UNTIL 2am when they came back to their room. We called down once at 3 and the noise stopped. If this is how Comfort Inn builds their properties, I can say with surety that I won't be staying in one again, ever.
