One appointment was entered incorrectly although the receptionist and I agreed on the date and time with me repeating the information and she concurring with me when made.  Another appointment I called to cancel over a week earlier but discovered by accident days later it was still scheduled.  I emailed my therapist and stated: " I really enjoyed our sessions and found you competent and personable.   If your receptionist is coached on her mistakes I'd be happy to continue with you.  If she is defensive or non receptive I can not. Let me know how you would like to proceed". The therapist did apologize but neither the receptionist nor office manager felt obliged to.  I was told my future appointments have been canceled.   I wrote her back saying I know I canceled them. This is the second time I've tried Pivot PT.  There won't be a third.

I began my treatment at MVP Physical Therapy on Cox Rd in Henrico, VA, in January 2026. My…read moresituation is complicated, and after seeing many specialists, MVP was my last resort. From the first day, the entire staff treated me with warmth, respect, and genuine kindness. They listened carefully, studied my condition in detail, and worked together to create a treatment plan tailored specifically to me. At every follow-up visit, they paid close attention to my progress, adjusting the exercises thoughtfully and introducing new ones only when appropriate. Before starting therapy, I lived with constant chronic pain and could barely walk. Today, I can walk with little -- and sometimes no -- pain. For me, that is a tremendous change. I want to thank Karen Myers, Shawn Lambert, Melanie Springston, Sarah Kate Simmons, and Rose. Their dedication and expertise are truly exceptional. And a very special thank you to Melanie Springston. I am deeply grateful she was assigned to treat me. She is compassionate, attentive, and extraordinarily skilled -- her hands truly work wonders. From Satik Movsesian.
