Not only did she skip the hot stones and stepping, it felt like I never got a massage just hours later. Needless to say, I never went back. I know another reviewer mentioned how the staff is filled with people that travel in and live together while they are here. That is correct. These are the kind of Chinese people that take one lesson, if any, and say they are qualified to perform the job. Don't get me wrong, some are truly skilled in their chosen profession. This lady I had simply was not that. Aside from that, the staff was very kind towards me. If you are lucky enough to find a masseuse that can take care of your problems here, then call it a blessing. Their price range is actually decent. I simply didn't want to spend the money on a guessing game and chose a spot much closer to home where I'm guaranteed a knot-breaking session by a true professional.

She asks if I wanna leave a tip and I said... sure. I wrote $3 because I was genuinely in pain most of the service. She literally looked at me and goes "it's $10 MINIMUM for a hour" .. excuse me? When is a tip EVER mandatory? & after I write the $3, she grabbed the receipt for me and wouldn't even let me finish writing my total. I asked for it back because I didn't feel comfortable with how she treated me at that moment. I will not be returning. The entitlement is absolutely insane and unprofessional. Plus, the whole place reeks of FEET. I should've left after I noticed but always try to give a chance. Never again.

Each time she stepped out, the door was left open, which meant I was lying on the table exposed to hallway noise and completely lacking privacy. She never once checked in about pressure, used hardly any oil, and didn't make up for the time she was gone. On top of that, my partner's therapist actually switched out with another person in the middle of the appointment without any explanation. That was shocking and made the entire experience feel chaotic and uncomfortable. A massage is sold by time and by a promise of relaxation and privacy. We did not receive what we paid for. This was supposed to be something special for my birthday and it ended up being stressful instead. I won't be returning and hope the owner addresses these issues.
