It took awhile to be seated because the hostesses up front could not handle the amount of diners showing up. Plenty of open seating in the restaurant, the hostesses were simply moving slowly. The service was decent. Angela was our waitress, and she did a good job. The food was decent enough as well. The grilled chicken salad was fresh and ample for a meal. The chicken wings were a bit undercooked and fatty for us, but the buffalo sauce was good. All in all, a decent meal in a crowded airport. We try to avoid airport food, but this was an extended delay day at the airport. Hubcap Grill is decent food if you need to each at Hobby Airport.

There's almost always some sort of event going on so it's a nice place to just stop by and check out if you have some time to chill. I've liked that there are random events and they can be hit or miss. Sometimes there's interesting musical guests, sometimes there are various vendors, sometimes there's a movie night. Regardless, I know I have a pretty good time and will be treated kindly by all the staff.
