I chose the Midwest & he got the 5-0. We also got the a goo ball. The employee taking our order was kind & helpful. It made me laugh because there was a sign that says something about how greatness takes time so sandwiches likely won't be out in 5 minutes. First off... worth the wait! Second, they didn't really take long anyways but I would've gladly waited longer if they had. There's lots of different types of seating. It was cool they have events (like bingo), a bar & happy hour. The sandwiches were excellent! The goo ball was sooo good too. We can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!

I have frequented Sky Rocket Burgers on Hall Street in Dallas quite a few times and have generally…read moreenjoyed coming here. However, today I had a very disappointing customer-service experience. I stopped by with my husband because I wanted to purchase a cup of ice. I was also considering purchasing a milkshake. When we asked about purchasing a cup of ice, the employee told my husband that we could not purchase a cup of ice and that we had to purchase a drink instead. We ended up being charged $3.24 for a drink simply because we wanted ice. What made this especially frustrating is that I have been to Sky Rocket Burgers many times and have never previously been told that I could not purchase a cup of ice or that I had to buy a drink in order to get ice. A simple explanation of the store's policy--or even a courteous offer of a cup of ice--would have made a big difference. I left feeling that I was treated differently than I had been on my previous visits, and the interaction was uncomfortable and disappointing. I hope management will look into what happened and clarify the policy regarding customers requesting a cup of ice. I am sharing this review because I have been a regular customer and believe good customer service and consistent treatment of customers are important.

Epic total fail. All…read morethe sandwiches were not assembled with any care and looked thrown together. The jerk chicken was all over the inside of the container. Same with the turkey & dressing. This is our second time in 2 days ordering the large turkey & dressing sandwich. The last one was at the McDermott location in Allen tx and it was stunning. This one was really a horrible disappointment. The sandwich was thrown together with the box saturated and mushy. The turkey looked hack with an axe rather than carved. Almost no cranberry sauce. The amount of turkey was disappointing and the taste was not good this time. The bread was barely if at all toasted. Tossed the sandwich. Every sandwich in this order was thrown together and a total mess and hard to handle. We really won't be back to this location ever again. So hate the waste of time and money. We generally love firehouse subs but this must be a franchise because it was completely lacking happiness or experience and the product was completely substandard.
