Great pizza crust but the sausage didn't have much flavor. Other pizza toppings were good. Love the half price bottles of wine for happy hour. Mackinac Island fudge gelato was incredible read more

We've really enjoyed our meals here both times. Good selection of bar drinks too. I had the spinach and prosciutto pizza both times. Will pass on the arugula salad next time but the Caesar was decent. read more

Though the pricing was a tad bit higher than I would prefer to pay for pizza, the food was ridiculously good. Also, the man-child at the register was humorous enough for my coworkers and I to sneak a picture and make a meme out of him. read more

Ordered to go 2 12 inch large pizzas and 2 Caesar Salads for $46. Disappointed with the cost for the such small largest pizzas they make. They could at least not skimp on the sauce and toppings. read more

Ordered a GF pizza. Was one of only a few people there in the early afternoon. A wandering waitor made sure I was waiting for a pizza and didn't need anything. My pizza comes out and the only downside is it sat on the counter in a to-go box for about 5 minutes before I got up to ask if it was mine. read more

The food is fabulous! The salads are the best I've had anywhere! Pizzas were awesome, maybe a little overcooked, but I will definitely go back. read more

We came here when it first opened, and the staff was so friendly! As soon as we entered, the lady in front went through the menu and explained it to us, which was helpful. We had gotten there close to their closing time, but they did not rush us, and continued to be hospitable. The pizza was a little pricey, but I would give this place a try! read more

Im giving spin a 1 star based on overall experience and food. The main 2 reasons we go out to eat :is the experience of having someone else cook for us/service:: and that we can enjoy the food made. Ok several problems... not quite fond of paying for the meal up front if its a full service restaurant? Iunno is it? Anyways ordered the marg and the tre carni. Ok so the "fresh made mozzarella is not made in house" I know I asked my 'cashier' after being excited its our first time (me and the lady fran) he turns to the other cashier and they both agreed not fresh mozz.. we sit at the bar to see the oven. Omg its a conveyor oven. It rotates in the oven so the cooks dont have to actually cook. A monkey could do this job. Actually id prefer a monkey to pound the dough and make my pizzas. Maybe then we'd get more then half a slice of tomato on the largest slice of pizza. Oh btw very disappointed in the food, if u couldnt notice.* Cake layer of parm cooked on a thinly pounded dough, with very little sauce, and what seemed to be 7 half slices of cherry tomatoes and total 1 basil leaf for the marg. The tre carni was uber disappointing. Come to find out it looked like elementary school lunch food meat balls or sausage I don't know but from the response of no fresh mozz in the restaurant i wouldnt be surprised that their meat vendor is one and the same elementary school. Oh yeah dont use their cups. Their dish washer is leaving stains or its just not clean. A terrible restaurant to call itself napoletana.. the quintessential idea of fresh food. Not conveyor belt bullarky... good luck in the future I won't be comming back. read more

Great place for lunch! And my boyfriend and I believe it's the best pizza place we've ever been to. Even the mini pizza with a side salad filled me up! It's great! Very casual! read more

So lucky to have a Neapolitan pizza in the area to be part of my lunch rotation. Never been disappointed with food or service.

Got the calzones, and they were very good. The pizzas that passed us looked awesome! Very family friendly! Staff is super nice and helpful! All in all, a great place! We'll be back. read more

By their name, the pizzas are good. Freshly made, with a good variety of toppings. Being of the carnivorous preference, their Tri-carne (3 meat) is a great go-to. My friends have found that the meatball dish with a side salad is an overlooked gem on the menu. When it's all done, swing by the register one last time - the gelato is great. Don't worry if you need to rush back to the office, they'll pack it in a to go bag, which is a great way to share with coworkers back at the office. Lastly - for any bicycle aficionados - check out the fixtures - gear cassettes for lamp shades, wheels in the ceiling... read more

Well run place such great food ingredients are very fresh and rich in flavor. The pizza was magnificent and the service was great. There is nothing bad I can say about this place they have a great variety of selections you can make. read more

Being from New Jersey where eating great pizza is s birthright - I was pleasantly surprised. I had a Caesar salad and the 3 meat pie washed down with a local lager. Everything came out very quickly the service was good and I enjoyed my meal. read more

The BEST gourmet pizza place around! Ever since it opened I eat there every week. Love the pizza, love the salads and LOVE the gelato!!!

The pizza and hummus here is amazing! The wait staff is so polite and friendly! I love this place!

I was contacted by someone in their corporate office and they were very helpful and made me feel like I should give them another try. I went back and the service was much better, I actually got my order this time and I will not hold anything against them. I'll be back. read more

First time here and I am WOWED by the customer service! The food is great but really the customer service is what sets this place a part. Everyone is smiling and eager to make sure you have a 5 star experience. My kids love this place because they get gelato at the end of their meal...I love it because they serve beer. Win-win. We'll be back! read more

This place is amazing! We have been there twice now and we love everything about it!! The servers and staff are amazing and so helpful. The atmosphere is fun and happy but not overpowering and too loud!!! And the best is the food OMG. It's so so so so soooooooo good it's just out of his world good ! And if you've never been you simply have to try their Sangria! Fantastic!!!! I love the blood orange but they do different flavor a for Summer all the time. This is definitely a must go to place for pizza and their soup is amazing as well. I simply had a large bowl of soup this last time and was a very happy camper. read more

First time in is odd. It's like a Chipotle style line. So, if you have never been there before, you are going to feel like you're holding people up. That said, the soup is really good, pizza is good, everything is pretty good. A little pricey, but good. read more

First time to SPIN Pizza. Service was a joke. Pizza was delicious. What ruins the flavor of good food is horrible service. Party of four...2 waters delivered; we ask for 2 more. 1 pizza delivered and salad was requested 3 times. Second pizza arrives, and we have not received utensils or cocktails. We ask about cocktails...they come at the end of all incremental food deliveries. We had to tell a food runner what items were missing AND what the items were. My salad was taken away by an employee while I'm eating it and my mouth was full so I couldn't speak fast enough. I despise having my plate removed and returned while I'm eating. This was a joke of a dining experience to the tune of 50.00 for a mini pizza, a 12" pizza, two half salads and a carafe of sangria. It is not my job to do their job every, single, step of the way. read more

i am only going to comment on the take out pizza, because that is all I ordered. Ordering was pretty fast even though there was quite a crowd on a Sunday evening. I liked that there is whole wheat and gluten free options (slight charge). I ordered the Primavera pizza on whole wheat crust with pepperoni added. It was very good. Crust had the right consistency, and the pizza itself was moist and tasty. They have a number of pre planned toppings for between $11 and $13 depending on the combination. Or, you can pay the basic $9.95 and add toppings a la carte for between $1.25 and $1.95 each, 12" either red or white, and they have every imaginable topping. Better than normal pizza experience read more

Finally got over on a Sunday around 6 when not too many places are open. Pleasantly suprised . Good menu selection. Beers & wines. I had a small ceaser salad...enough to share for 2. It was very tasty. I like that they have small dishes to offer for example :The eggplant parm was one of them. Perfect without overdoing it. read more

SPIN! Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Richardson, Texas

First off, if you have kids and need the family fed this is the place. That said its a commercialized pizza place that's trying to be trendy while maintaining their "franchisability". The brick oven matched with halfway decent ingredients make the place somewhat above average in the realm of chain restaurants. read more

Great customer service ! Spin pizza made high maintenance customer very happy! Pizza is delicious, too. Right selection for Saturday night family dinner :) read more

SPIN! Pizza - Prosciutto spinach fig marmalade pizza - Pizza Near Me - Richardson, Texas

I love the creative aesthetics of this place. I like the location, the staff, even the order numbers they hand out are great. I love pizza and this place has fancy, fresh, unique ingredients. ..what could go wrong? Well cheese is the answer, not nearly enough of it. My husband and I both thought our expensive pizzas were dry & would have tasted much better had they been sprinkled with an appropriate amount of cheese! I was just eating it and wishing I had ordered a salad because splurging (calorically) should definitely taste better than this! The circle of bread with cheese on it that I ordered for my kids was also lacking about half the appropriate amount of cheese (and cost way more than it should have). With the price they charge for their pizzas, there is no excuse for this. if a customer wants a light cheese pizza then they can request it, don't make it standard! read more

I went there because I had a coupon. Pizza is good, but crust is VERY thin. Combinations are unique and well thought out. I would only go there with a coupon, because it is somewhat overpriced. Staff was nice and the gelato is excellent. I love their logo-very creative. read more

Had the Mini Mia combo at lunch today (pizza and Caesar salad). Food was pretty good and the staff was great. But why o why did they have to ruin it by serving the salad with the pizza? Pizza should not have arrived until after salad was eaten and the salad plate removed from table. Salad is course, not a side! Also, salad was on the same plate as the pizza so that cool salad/dressing was mixing with the warm grease oozing from the pizza; cool salad on the warm pizza and vice versa. Pizza temperature was just OK. It was NOT the painful, peel burned flesh off the roof of your mouth temperature of other places (the painful one is as it should be). I'll probably come back for another lunch but the boorish salad timing will drive that to later rather than sooner. Regretfully, meh... read more

Great gelato, excellent service, great combinations on pizza. Nice atmosphere. Good parking. Rustic pizza, interesting combinations for topics, but works well with your taste buds! One of my favorite spots for pizza in Richardson. read more

Great tasting pizza, fresh ingredients and just awesome place. We had the Pesto Pizza and I would definitely order like 3 next time. Priced fairly and family vibe read more

This place is a pizza place with a little different take on pizza. It seemed to have a lot of healthy options as well as classics. My vegetarian husband as well as my college kids could eat here. I had a small pizza and a great salad - not the usual iceberg and tomato salad you get in most pizza places. Great combination of healthy, fresh and comfort food at a reasonable price. Also seemed to have a good selection of beer, wine and gelato which was tempting but I didn't sample. read more

Save your time and money. As soon as we walked in, we weren't even given a greeting or a smile. My family and I went on a Saturday afternoon, there were a few customers but nothing too busy. The girl who took our order, didn't greet us either just asked "what can I get for you?" All of the employees there seem like they don't want to work. They served us our food and NEVER once came by to see if we needed more water or asked to see if everything was ok. The lazy waiter was annoyed when we asked for a to go box, too. It deserves a one star. The food was good, sadly I would never come back to spend my money on such a place that is bothered to serve customers. It wouldn't surprise me if this place shut down in the future. read more

Caesar too wilted and too much dressing. Pizza not enough tomato sauce. Music too loud

Good pizza, a nice price, and really good portions. The service was really good, although the seating can be a little confusing at first. I would definitely go again! read more

Yummy gluten free pizza. They even offer GF flatbread with salad. Very good! (Now if they just had more GF gelato options, they would get 5 stars. Most of the options begin GF but then they mix in wheat based cookies or some other gluten laden ingredient that makes it inedible for GF folks. ) read more

A very nice girl names Josie ,a nice young man with a bandana (I think he was the manager), and a boy named Heath, were outstanding and gave us great service! AMAZING pizza and a good environment, will be back. Thanks Spin!! read more

I always get portobello mushrooms with pepperoni, tastes really good.

I work right by this location and finally came in. The line moves quickly. They are super efficient & friendly. Tons of options and lunch special for mini pizza and salad which is more than enough. The restaurant itself is super trendy! A must try read more

This is becoming my go to place for pizza and salads. Food is excellent and unique choices. Love the shrimp pizza and all the specialty salads. Service is great and everyone is friendly. Prices are definitely more than a normal pizza place but right in line with the quality of food and service here. And if you have room, the gelato is awesome! read more

I have had the pleasure of visiting Spin! in Kansas City and now have been able to enjoy here in Texas! The Richardson location has a lot of energy among its staff and when my group was greeted at the door, it was with a friendly smile. A woman welcomed us in and offered to help explain the menu. That being said, the menu offers a WIDE variety of flavor combinations and choices that are far beyond the mundane cheese or pepperoni pizza. She was very personal, told us her favorites, and some of the favorites of the staff (which was really appreciated among my group of indecisive people!). I ordered the Mini Mia, where you can get a personal sized pizza, a side salad or soup, and a drink. I got the Salsiccia Con Mela which has a white sauce, with sausage and apples. It's not a flavor combination that most pizza places have, and it is one of my favorites there! The salad I had was great too! Everyone in our group was more than pleased with their orders. One of the best things about Spin! is the staff and atmosphere of the place. They have servers that are attentive to each others tables, so you are always taken care of. Everyone was really friendly and you could tell they genuinely cared to serve. I HIGHLY recommend Spin! read more
