I won't be returning due to the music. I'll be going back over to the laundry room to do my laundry from now on. But I thought I would give it a try and if you don't mind Spanish music played very loudly. The machines are clean and the prices aren't that bad. Make sure you bring your own detergent because the vending machine where those products usually are was empty.

There are multiple washer sizes you can use ranging from a $5 two-load to $10 for the XL washers for sheets and comforters. Yes, the prices are high but they're going to cost this much at all other laundromats in the area. Just gotta take it by the chin. Dryers were 25 cents for 3 min but they are heavy duty and I found out you really don't need that much time depending on your garments. You can easily add on more time if needed. Change machine available so all you need is cash. Folding tables were clean, wifi was working well, and attendant was super nice.

After the first horrid creepy incident where I caught a man sniffing my underwear and when confronted put them in his pocket and ran out. I said okay, one creep, sure that won't happen again. Now, I am almost 100% POSITIVE someone in the nighttime cleaning crew has stolen ALL of my boyfriends clothes out of our latest load. They changed their hours recently from 7 am to 9 pm. It used to be last load at 10. It was my fault for not looking at the sign, however I got there to get our stuff from the dryer at 9:07 and wasn't allowed entry from a rude older man. The next morning I arrived EXACTLY at 7 am. And all my clothes are gone. The woman working had no idea what I was talking about. I went in the back room only to find some of my clothes in a bin. All of my boyfriends clothes are gone along with all of MY UNDERWEAR. WTF!!!! Whoever did this had a key, and time to methodically separate and pick though my belongings. I approached the cleaning crews managers who was supposed to get ahold of me after contacting her crew however I've received no call. The number on the door leads absolutely no where. I AM FURIOUS and feel disrespected, violated and completely ignored. As a general warning to the public, if you do laundry here STAY WITH YOUR THINGS.

The other laundromat I use doesn't, and that is a constant complaint. The reasons I only gave 4 stars is, no vending machines with snacks or drinks. Sometimes you have a lot of laundry, and need a snack! And the other is that there is a 5 dollar fee for stopping a machine after a cycle starts. Sometimes it has to be done if you realize you left something in your pocket that can't be washed, or something in a wrong load. The machines should allow for this. Other laundromats do.

On top of that, the employee handling the wash-and-fold service takes up many of the few working machines and leaves laundry sitting in the dryers long after it's finished, preventing paying customers from using them. It creates long waits and a frustrating experience overall. Management really needs to do a better job maintaining the machines and making sure customers actually have access to the working ones.

The environment is super clean, washers and dries work excellent and don't take long at all ! Definitely BETTER than suds in front of Safeway ! Also all the plants are gorgeous so happy i live a walking distance. Mind you if you forget laundry detergent they got you for a small reasonable price ! The best part is you can now pay with your card, no more having to go to the bank and take money out for quarters !

After trying to pay for a wash with my card and it didn't work, I put $10 into a change machine machine, got five dollars in quarters back. When I told the management, they said "Someone else must've walked off with it." I was standing there the whole time, so I know no one walked off with my money. Just them. The Hilltop car wash next door is even worse. I suspect it's the same owner. Stay away! PS: Do not believe the five star reviews below. They are from four years ago and clearly friends of the managers. Until they stop scamming the community, this place is a must to avoid. UPDATE: It's been about three days and I just noticed that $10 was billed to my credit card, which I used to swipe to activate my car wash. At the time, the machine did not register. It wasn't even showing as reading my card at the time. So I swiped it twice. I eventually gave up, and went into the filthy run-down laundromat, where I deposited a $10 bill into the change machine, and received only $5 in quarters. So, after being called a liar by the management, I've been charged & $20 for a limp $5 self-serve wash that lasted only 5 minutes on the timer. I want my money back. Until management reaches out to me here with an apology and a refund, I'll continue to tell people what a rip-off operation they are running on their community. Boycott bad businesses.

Beautifully washed, fluffed, folded and bagged. Ready to be packed away ready for the winter. Marco and his team are fantastic. Even my black sacks that had contained the dirty laundry were folded and bagged beautifully.
