When this location first opened, the service was great. The had a great staff back then as well. Now as of recent the service and customer service is horrible. The wash is spraying out a minimum amount of soap, which the staff admits to knowing this. Some days you come and they spray your car, other days they say the lender wants to save money on the water. Several times I've gone and only 2 price selections were available, the highest price points. They say the close at 9pm but some nights the staff close earlier sharing they have to clean up. This company is a total ripoff... the sole purpose of getting a car wash is to have your car actually washed and cleaned. I came to get a Carwash. Once there I asked the attendant (who is extremely incompetent and not knowledgeable of YOUR services that are provided), what was the difference from the $25 car wash to the $20 car wash he advised that "he doesn't know. However he suggested the $20 car wash. I agreed to the $20 car wash. Then he advised that I can obtain the $20 car wash for a month for $20 plus tax. I agreed to the $20 car wash which was listed on your sign as the spin +. Once I get to the machine I notice that it says spin and not spin +. I then get to the vacuum area and inspect my car and it shows that the car was not wash properly. There are stains on the front and back windshield. The sole purpose of getting a car wash is just that. To have your CAR WASHED. The only thing this machine did was squirt water on the car and dried it. THATS IT. I went back to the front and asked for a manager and was told that there wasn't a manager. I then told LUIS SCULL that I wanted this issue fixed. He asked if I wanted another car wash or if I wanted my money back. I replied I want my money back. He then picked up the phone and left and went to another worker. Very disappointed in this location. We have been coming here for years and have never been so utterly disrespected as within the past few weeks. They advertise a $6 wash and make it sooo small on the screen you can't even click it and then when you ask an employee they refuse to sell you the $6 wash stating "only the $15 and $20 wash can be chosen?" That is false advertisement. They are just forcing an upsell for no reason. Today my husband had an interaction with an employee named Skylar who was completely disrespectful. First and foremost he started off the conversation by saying "Yo yo yo" that is not how you address someone. He then told my husband to "Hurry the f.. up". Wow... and when his named was asked he said his name was "my di...k" completely out of line and for what?! When the "manager" was told he stated "oh that's just how he is i can't control him" this is the type of place you are going to if you decide to come here. read more

Put your car in Neutral and let the machine do the washing!! I paid the $15 option which is the second form the first ($10) and for the most per the car was cleaned. Except for from and read crevasses and edges. Can't expect more for the price! I would do the $10 next time as it will probably clean the same as the $15. Vac is complimentary for those who wash the car and that's a plus!!! Easy trash bins to throw away trash easily and the vacs don't have the strongest grip which is ok because like that it doesn't damage seats. Just pass a few times more. Basically leaving this review to advise anyone to stay away unless u live close by and will continue to come just bc of the location. If you are looking for a carwash that hs great vacuums and machines that work half the time then don't come here. Since new owners took over its been horrible, only reason I keep coming is for two reasons, location and the staff particularly Samantha she always greets and talks to all of us I wish I can say the same about Management or other staff in that place. Unfortunately is not how good u are is who u know now n days is what Basically gets u the role. But Samantha ty for always being nice and assisting as much as possible when.the machines are Basically not working half the time. 3 stars due to location and Samantha, if not Basically it will be 1 star. read more

This was a pretty basic car wash, doesn't get the dirt off completely which is disappointing when you pay for the top dollar wash. Vacuums are decent, but not the strongest suction. I'd probably go if I needed to run it through the wash in a hurry. read more

This is the worst car wash I have ever gone to in my life. The dude told me they had prep scrub station which was a lie and prior to going in they didn't even prep scrub at all or pre hose or even tape my rear window wiper. Then when you enter the actual car wash portion there is no water pressure at all and it seems that the big spinning cleaners don't even touch essential parts of the car. Only the roof. Only thing it did was get the pollen off and shine the rims and tires. Waste of 20$. read more
