One day my husband brought my car in to surprise me. They charged him $60, for the same car I always bring .. but he said okay as he was surprising me (I love a good clean car). When he got the car back my sunglasses were missing and they were sitting in the cup holder in the drivers door. So he asked them to check but didn't have cameras in the wash area where they get in and drive the car to the detail area - only the detail and said they couldn't find them. We had to share as it's the shorter Spanish guy who's always there, it was sketchy they changed the price on him. Such a shame. We won't be coming back.

I lost my car wash guy in the Brickell area and took a chance on Karma Carwash because I drive thru the MiMo area periodically. As I pulled in, Omar asked what my wishes were and clearly explained their services. Then as I got out of the car he touched a seat control which extended the seat cushion and revealed crumbs and bits of sand. I've never figured out all the controls on the 18-way seat and hd no idea what was hiding in the cushion! The end result was perfect inside and out. I have found my new cash wash guy!

We know Omar the owner and love supporting small businesses. We have tried to call and reach out the last few days and have not been able to speak to anyone to correct the situation. When we questioned the stains we were told by the crew that this is what to expect when the car is "neglected". Comical at best if you looked at the odometer and see the car had only 11,000 miles. They sited "look at the state of your wheels", how mis-informed if they know anything about high performance cars and break dust. How disappointing and as someone who lives and works in the neighborhood what an utter disappointment. I don't recommend this place at all which is unfortunate as we are big fans of supporting Omar. His lack of communication is not becoming of a business owner.

Every experience left me overcharged, underwhelmed, and disappointed. That all changed when I found EcoZone. From the moment I walked in, Oriely at the front desk greeted me with a smile and confidently told me this was the best spot in Miami. She wasn't wrong. I had both my Bentley and Porsche detailed here, and the results were flawless. Every inch of both cars was meticulously cleaned, and the turnaround time was impressive. The quick, friendly atmosphere and the lineup of top-tier cars being serviced only reinforced that I was in the right place. This is hands down the best detail spot in Miami and they are open LATE!!! I had my car washed on 5/27/25. Horrible experience do not come here. New management is *worse*…read morethan the previous management. brought in my car to be detailed and washed and was given the price of $120 for the "nice interior special". Owner told me to come back in and hour and half. I returned to pick up my car and he told me it was $130 when I went to pay, then it was $140 with the tax. The inconsistency in pricing was awful but wasn't even the worst part. After paying the owner had the audacity to tell me to "wash my hands after I put on makeup" because there were so many smudges in the car. Absolutely disrespectful for a customer who is paying THEM for a SERVICE. When I came home and upon further inspection of my car the job was terrible. The outside wasn't barely washed, the inside was not vacuumed underneath the carpets or the seatbelt buckle. The dash was not washed and still had smudges and grim on it. And the worst part if this wasn't all terrible enough, they cut up my car !!! (See photos attached) I took the car with no slits and cuts in the back seat fabric and it was returned to me with a huge gash in the fabric on the center console. Unacceptable. Unbelievable. Do not go here. If you respect yourself and your car and your money do not give them your business. From customer service to payment inconsistency to quality of car wash this place it not worth you time or business. You are better off washing your car yourself, because you might just have to after you leave this place. They need the former management back asap.

A standard car wash runs $25 (plus tip) whereas a complete exterior/interior detail with wax done completely by hand runs a very reasonable $139 considering the neighborhood and high end cars they work on--see the great job they did below with my car. You can drop your car off, do a little shopping or grab a bite to eat and your car will be ready. I live in Brickell but drive the 25-30 minutes here to have my car cleaned every other week because these guys do such a good job and are worth it.

He came to our place with his fully self contained equipment. He spent over an hour detailing the vehicle in the blazing hot sun, working hard. The car looks great inside and out and smells great when you get in. I highly recommend Full Force!
