Yummy! Pork chop breakfast!
Zoraida K.

I had the bone-in pork chop platter grilled, offered fried as well). (+2 eggs and crispy hashbrowns) They were cooked to perfection and seasoned just right! I am sensitive to salt and they were perfect! The owner and other staff are very friendly. It's obviously a place locals go and is disguised as a gas station dive but is so much more! The buttery toast is thick cut and plenty of jelly in the table. The coffee was good too! We will be back!

Super Bacon and Cheese Omelet, Crispy Hashbrowns, biscuit

First and foremost, I need to mention the coffee - it's really good diner coffee. Too often I've gotten burnt or weak or just outright bad coffee at diners, but the coffee at Spillway is solid. The menu has all the typical breakfast staples and lots of options to satisfy just about anyone. I went with the Super Bacon and Cheese Omelette with a side of hashbrowns and a biscuit. The omelette was packed full or crispy bacon quite tasty, but the hashbrowns were very so so. The star of my meal ended up being the biscuit. I don't even typically eat biscuits, but this one was fresh, warm, flaky, and scrumptious. Probably the best biscuit I've ever had. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast and friendly too.

YUCK! Stop eating nasty food. Terrible tasting food with an after taste in every bite. I ordered the bacon burger with added egg that was gross. The burger was big for no reason it was bland and hard. The bread was sweet like a pastry. Their country fried steak is store bought! What's with so many restaurants in the area buying store bought food? Nothing is made in house, to be called a diner. I realize why they aren't busy. Mostly new customers who don't return and set in their way old customers who are used to the bland overcooked food. Sweetheart server. No compliment for the cook for messing up my food! Look at those ugly, to fat oil logged fries

MVP scrambled with country sausage and "All the way" hash browns

Unassuming place with reflective windows at the end of a gas station. Service was so pleasant and the portions were huge. Great spot for casual breakfast. Felt like a diner and the menu made it hard to decide what to get. Our waitress was helpful in breaking the ties We would go back!

Heading home from Oxford and we found this little diner on Yelp. If you want comfort food straight out of your childhood memories - go here. The booth tables are fairly large, so I was comfy with 3 large fellas. The decor is classic, retro diner - picture flashy tin, mismatched colors, and silver-edged tables. The vents and floors could probably be a little cleaner but I'm telling you this... you. will. not. care. The burger is to die for!!! The homemade French fries will make you want to set-up new residence and leave the complicated world behind. This is the best you'll get as far as diners go in MS (and we have many). Take the 10-15 minute detour. It's worth it!

Awesome diner and great people. Very good food and plenty per portion. Definitely recommend stopping in for a bite.

Three eggs, hashbrowns, country ham and biscuits w/gravy.

After reading some poor reviews, we were initially nervous about trying the Wingstop in Flowood…read more decided to give it a try when we saw it was well staffed on a Sunday night. Our order was promptly taken when we entered and Megan helped us decide which flavors suited us best. She even got us a sample of the flavor we were questioning. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. We will be back!

The wife & I were hankering for some fried chicken. My Yelp search revealed the recently…read moreconstructed Bojangles on Hwy 80 does not serve chicken with a bone in it, (what!?!) the KFC in Brandon will never see my dollars again & Popeyes, I'm just tired of that chicken. Wing stop kept catching my eye, even though it had poor reviews... I am so glad, we didn't let the negative Nellie reviews influence us - our meal, service & restaurant quality was fantastic! Megan took our order & went out of her way to ensure we got what we wanted (even a few boneless pieces & various sauces to try!) . We split a 30pc family order, planning on some leftovers, we ate them... all of them - don't judge! Flavors: honey sriracha, mango habanero, Buffalo/regular hot & a dry "sprinkle-on" flavor (sorry, can't recall all the names). Chicken was cooked perfectly juicy, came out quickly, the sauce was on point and the restaurant itself was clean & well maintained with polite staff (& patrons)!! Based on my visit, this Wing Stop is inappropriately underrated! It deserves another chance for anyone who gave a negative review & deserves a "first-time visit" from anyone on the fence about going. Megan indicated the restaurant was under new ownership or management, I can't recall which, so I assume it's this switch that has caused the change. Kudos to you owner/manager - it shows & my wife & I will be back!
