We didn't experience this place as the bar, which it primarily seems to be, but rather a place to get an early dinner with some options outside of the typical Bavarian fare in the area.
The burgers weren't fresh I believe, but cooked from frozen. That being said, they weren't bad. The salads we ordered were both gigantic and came with ranch dressing (we weren't given a dressing option so ranch might be all you get). I also ordered a baked potato entre that came with a solid assortment of grilled vegetables which was a welcome reprieve - hadn't seen many vegetables anywhere on the menus around here.
The service was a little slow considering we were the only group dining at the time, but they'd also just started the dinner service and were probably just getting geared up for the evening. All the staff were very friendly and happy to deal with us in English.
Again, this seem like a great place to enjoy a beer at the end of the day. It definitely feels more bar than restaurant, but was plenty comfortable and not crowded at 5-530pm on a Friday night. Super quiet despite being just off the main drag. read more
