He spent time in the roosters and ponies classes. It's so clean, well staffed, decent staff retention, and I'm always wildly impressed with the behavior of the kids. My son has made a lot of adorable friendships. We've been obsessed with his teachers, especially Andrea, Kayla, Xhochilt, Mia, and Mackenzie. He's learned some Spanish, great classroom skills, and independence. Andrea has been there for 17 years which is so impressive to me. The communication with the admin is so fast and everyone always seems so chill. As someone who taught for 10 years, I find that to be incredible. That sense of peace really rubs off on the kids. They are a little pricier, but I think it's worth it. In the summer there is less consistency with the teachers because of vacations, but it is still well-staffed and they do so many events in the summer to make it extra special for the kids like tie dye, bubble shows, foam party, magicians, service dogs, bringing in reptiles, and musicians. On nice days they got outside 3 times a day. Their play areas are really nice. My son's favorite parts of the day were centers and playing in the sensory bins which changed daily. He came home with tons of art and meaningful knowledge about their weekly questions.

We…read moredecided to homeschool this year since virtual was not working for us and I needed the additional in person support to assist her with math. It was a hard decision to send her anywhere in person during this time but I decided to take the leap. The past week my daughter mentioned to me on two different days that she doesn't feel comfortable being there because the owners/teachers didn't wear a mask. I was completely shocked so I decided over the next few days to walk her in and out and see for myself. The first day I walked in right when the facility opened and noticed the owner at the front reception/office desk without a mask but when I walked back out about a minute later he had it on. The second day I walked in I didn't see them at the front, so I parked my car where I could see right into the facility. Sure enough, I seen the young lady sitting at the front without a mask and the owner Ed standing behind her without a mask, then Ed walks over to the student area without a mask on. I immediately walk in and confront them both, and asked if there was a reason on why they didn't have masks on the entire time the facility was open with students in there. They came up with every reason, "it's hard to wear it", "it's hard to talk on the phone" "we keep our 6ft", "I don't think it's mandated". I was completely appalled! They never apologized but just defended their reasons on why they didn't feel they needed to wear it. I immediately told them to unenroll my child. I have contacted the franchise's corporate office and local health authorities. I want to share my experience with as many parents as possible, because right now we are all doing our best to give our children the best education and when we pay money and bring our kids to an environment where we are told certain safety measures are put in place, we expect them to be upheld, especially wearing a mask and we certainly don't expect the fact of wearing one to be argued about. I know many parents use this facility so please share this experience with everyone you know as most parents drop their children off and don't enter so they may be completely unaware of what these owners are even doing.

What I really appreciate is the flexibility of both in-person and online classes--both are equally well-structured and engaging. My son has several serious food allergies and the teachers have been great about including him in celebrations and checking with me before giving him anything. The parents at this school are some of the nicest people and it feels like a little community. This is a co-op school, so each family must send a representative to volunteer approx once per month in class, as well as attend monthly meetings, help quarterly with cleaning the school, and other miscellaneous duties. It is not an overwhelming commitment but it helps for parents to have flexibility with their jobs to allow them to fit in everything. You cannot bring a younger sibling with you when you co-op. My understanding is that children may attend even if they aren't fully potty trained. I am also planning to send my 2 year old to LNS next year. Overall, it has been a positive (and affordable!) preschool experience so far.

Her teachers are some of her favorite people. I really like that they are attentive to each child's individual needs and what is best for them. It's a great school. I also love the cooperative aspect of the school. It really feels like a community and not just a place to drop off your kids. Everyone participates and makes it the best possible place for the kids to grow. I'm happy for all the people we've met and look forward to another 2 years there.

My child started there in May and in the Infant A classroom everything went well. He bonded with his teacher, had a great time with the other kids and seemed to thrive. Then he moved up to the Infant B room and slowly we noticed things start to slip. Our son never seemed to be with the same teachers in the afternoon, he started to get fed at more irregular intervals. Despite telling the teachers in his classroom about our desire for a more regular schedule for several weeks, things would only get better temporarily. Our son would come home fussy and hungry. Finally, one day our son went five hours between feedings and we were so upset we brought it up to the director who brushed off our concerns and never once apologized for the incident. We decided immediately to move our son to a new daycare. Don't waste your money. There are more affordable and better run daycares out there.

I live near this center and decided to check it out. I called and scheduled an appointment. Orientation and the assessment were free as advertised, and administered by Ms. Diane who runs this location. She let me know where my son stood academically and made recommendations. She also informed me that registration was free for the upcoming month and that I should wait. I thought that was nice of her because that saved me money. I decided we wld enroll my son in the Reading program. Well fast forward present day, almost a month in and I am very pleased with our choice. It is well worth the monthly fee. The tutors are all friendly and accommodating and patient with the students. Each tutor only works w/ 1-2 students at a time. There's an actual lesson plan they follow and they seem serious about it. They even have a reward system just like school. I love that they reinforce the lessons with homework because it helps my son retain the info and also gives me the opportunity to see what he's working on and test his knowledge. It really seems to be working! $160 per subject, 30 min sessions twice a week... I've called other tutoring services & Kumon was most affordable. I say go for it... It's worth the investment in your child's future.

Since enrolling a year ago, our son's Intellect has grown tremendously, the environment helps to balance and support his energetic nature and curiosity for learning. The teachers are calm, tenured and caring. The parent community is wonderful as well, we socialize with one another and make sure to catch phone numbers when we find our that our kids are really good friends. We are deeply appreciative of the JBS' community!

At the tender age of two years old, i expect the teachers to be open to working with the children as they adjust from a daycare to a structured school. Instead the curriculum was forced and I was told my child was not a good fit. It was a blessing because we were able to find a school that allowed my child to flourish but it's disheartening when you believe your child was not given a fair opportunity. I would say to any parents follow your gut. If it doesn't feel right move on. There are other schools that may work. But still sad.
