We could not have been happier with the care and education that our child received. From learning new languages, and how to write, to teaching them yoga. The education there is limitless. Our child would blow our minds with the things she would learn. For example she came home one day and explained what molecules were!! I mean, enough said! The teachers are just tremendous and full of love and patience. Ms. Dipti hires the best and brightest because she really cares about running a successful school. You get what you pay for and this place is worth EVERY penny.

We had a very troubling experience with this Goddard School…read more We disclosed our son's ADHD prior to enrollment and explained that his medication was actively being adjusted. Despite this, he was given only a few days to acclimate before being sent home, briefly allowed back after a meeting, and then dismissed entirely -- without a reasonable adjustment period or meaningful accommodations. His twin sibling was allowed to remain enrolled. During one meeting, the owner, Melvise Powell, yelled at my husband and me and abruptly told us to leave her office. We also became aware that another individual appeared to be listening in via the office phone without our knowledge, which raised serious concerns under Maryland's two-party consent law. When this was pointed out, the meeting was immediately ended and we were ordered out. Additionally, our daughter later reported that an employee would pinch her when she did not nap, which we found extremely alarming and concerning. ADHD is a recognized disability under the ADA, and excluding a child without attempting reasonable accommodations -- combined with unprofessional conduct and concerning reports about staff behavior -- raises serious concerns. Based on our experience, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, and families should steer clear of this school!!

He is always reaching for his teachers when we get there, smiling, having a great time. They have done an amazing job with him in terms of working with him to make sure he hits those developmental milestones. He has made friends - he even recognizes his classmates. I love seeing the videos and pictures. They make me smile. And I also get the added bonus of seeing what toys or games he likes so I can get them for home as well. I love getting the reports at the end of the day so I know how he slept and how much he has eaten and when. It allows me to keep his schedule that they are establishing in daycare at home as well. They also must be keeping that place incredibly clean. Babies are gross, and kids are germy. I know kids come to school with runny noses and coughs (believe me, I get it). But even my son's pediatrician said that she was shocked that he had only had one cold in five months because he has been in daycare full time from such an early age during cold and flu season. Bottom line - they treat him better than I could've even hoped for - even when he was a crying 6-week-old. In the infant room at least, they are just smothered in love!

While I…read morecan't speak to every individual situation, I do want to share that our experience at Primeron has been one of the VERY BEST we could have ever hoped for. In particular, the director, Kaela, has been responsive, approachable, and genuinely invested in building strong relationships with families. She has taken the time to listen to concerns, make herself available when needed, and even helped establish a parent partnership group (similar to a PTO), which has been a meaningful way for families to stay engaged and connected. Like any organization, occasional issues may arise, but in our experience, the leadership team has handled matters professionally and with care. Some concerns (such as those related to voucher programs) may be tied to broader administrative systems rather than the on-site leadership. I have great relationships with many family members, and have never had issues making my payments, via the Daycare Family Works app. We can tell that Kaela and the leadership team prioritize and value family partnerships: this is why they have connected parents together through family days, created summer camps, spirit weeks, and a parent partnership group. I plan to be a part of the Primeron family until my child ages out! Overall, we feel supported, valued, and confident in the care our child receives. We appreciate the dedication of the staff and leadership team and are grateful to be part of this community.

I posted the same review in a military page as we are a military family that used a military subsidy. There were so many responses from other families going through the same issues. While the Primeron can reply to my review saying they've "strengthened and improved their communication" it is apparent from hearing from other families they haven't. Responses to Yelp reviews are purely for their image as admin at the Primeron does not respond nearly as fast or as professional to attending families.

As a 25 year old first time mom I made the worst mistake of my life sending my child here. My son was enrolled for only one month and suffered a femur break which child family services held one of the teachers responsible for physical abuse on my son. The broken femur was his third incident within one month of him being enrolled. Kindercare has yet to take responsibility for my one year olds injuries. The lies that are continuously being told as to how my son got injured I am fed up. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. I have all the information needed to support and once everything is done with the trial I will make my child's story known! They have staff members who are not licensed working with kids. Check Md childcare website to see all the incidents that previously took place at this center including a teacher hitting a child and staff members smoking weed out the door very unethical and love to cover incidents up. I can't imagine how many parents pulled their kids because the lack of funds to get representation but trust me KINDERCARE YOU WILL KNOW MY CHILDS NAME! UPDATE -- September 2026: The former KinderCare employee involved in my son's injuries has been fired and has now been criminally charged by the State of Maryland. The criminal trial was scheduled to begin this week but has been postponed until February. It has now been over a year since my son was injured while in KinderCare's care. He was injured three separate times within one month by the same employee. What is still disappointing to me is that, despite all this time passing, my first direct communication from a KinderCare representative regarding what happened to my son came during the deposition--over a year later. Rather than focusing on why my child was repeatedly hurt while in their care and taking responsibility, the discussion was centered around money. This has never been about money. It has always been about my son and accountability. I have been very clear about why I am continuing to fight this: there are families who do not have the resources to take on a large corporate daycare after their child is hurt. I am fighting for my son, but I am also speaking up for those families who may not be able to. I've also attached part of Kindercares representative's email stating that my statements about me fighting this for my child being injured in their care is not just about money to me. So again, take what I am showing you and keep your kids far away from this establishment as a whole! They literally stated they don't value the case because I am fighting for my child instead of greed!

This one of the few places that would accept him at that early age. The teachers there do it all! Prepare meals, supervise the children in the morning, do minor repairs, drive the bus to pick up / drop off students at local schools, etc. my son had some specific needs and each teacher and Director was more than accommodating. That took a large weight off my shoulders. I really like the photos sent to the private portal everyday. This way I can get an idea of what is happening during the day. We have photos that go back 3 years...love that. I've met just about every teacher there and I have no issues. if I have a question I can ask them in person or email them. emails do not get ignored....they are responded to quickly. The extra activities they have for the children are wonderful too. My son loves his teachers...all of them. Thank you all for doing what you do!

I can speak for my husband and I when I say how absolutely THRILLED we are with Kiddie Academy. Our daughter has grown developmentally in both academics and socially since her starting at KA. Our daughter LOVES going to school every morning and I can see why. When I drop her off, we are greeted by the same friendly staff members every morning which makes me feel at ease. My husband and I look forward to the daily communication via an app and email where we receive pictures and videos throughout the day. At pickup, we get a daily detailed report of everything she did from what she ate, her bathroom schedule, to the curriculum that was touched on that day. We cannot wait to see how much our daughter grows there in the future!

Our son went here from 9mos to 2 yrs and he has grown so much! He can count to 10 in English and Spanish, identifies so many colors and shapes, and can hold a crayon with confidence. Beyond education, the teachers here truly care about the children and show love, compassion, and attention to all students. They have wonderful seasonal events, theme weeks in the summer, and lots of opportunities for fun. My very small feedback is that sometimes it was hard to communicate about supplies needed like diapers or changes of clothes, and sometimes we had to wait a while at pick up. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone. We didn't want to give up, so we searched for a daycare with more structure and a true classroom setting. From the very beginning, Miss Ana assured me that they would help guide my daughter through the transition and she absolutely delivered on that promise. My daughter attended Watchful Eye for almost three years, and I could not have imagined a better outcome. Not only is her speech now above average, but she also writes her letters, spells, and sounds out words at the age of three. People are always amazed by her abilities. There is truly something special about this daycare. We recently had to move due to my husband's job opportunity, and while touring new daycares, I've realized just how exceptional Watchful Eye is. I never thought I'd appreciate something as simple as the children taking their shoes off at school, but it made the environment so much cleaner and calmer. The new school's classrooms are nowhere near as clean. There is mud everywhere. I also miss the worksheets the 3's classroom used. My daughter looked forward to practicing her letters every day. The science experiments were her absolute favorite. I am so impressed by Watchful Eye's curriculum, especially now that I've seen what other schools offer. What stands out the most is the staff. My daughter has had some truly special teachers who changed her life in ways I will forever be grateful for. It is clear that Watchful Eye is very intentional and selective about who they hire, and it shows in the love, patience, and professionalism every teacher brings to the classroom. We miss this school dearly. My daughter still asks if we can call just to say hi, that's how deeply connected she feels to the people there. I cannot thank the staff enough for the love, structure, and genuine support they gave my daughter. You will not find another gem like Watchful Eye. I truly cannot say enough good things about this fantastic school.

He affectionately calls it "the green and white" because of the building colors. We switched to Little Eggs from another daycare that was decent but just wasn't the right fit for our son. Although he interacted well with the other kids, he remained distant from the teachers there. However, just after two days at Little Eggs, I arrived to pick him up and found him sitting in his teacher Ms. Kaiya's lap, happily reading a book. This was a level of comfort and connection we hadn't seen at the previous daycare. Since starting at Little Eggs, his language and social skills have improved tremendously. He's thrilled by the unique and fun activities, like the foam parties, and he's always excited to bring home his crafts and artwork to show us. The facilities are always clean, and the rooms are neat and tidy, which adds to the overall positive environment. Little Eggs has truly been a wonderful place for him, and we couldn't recommend it more highly.
