My husband and I think this is the best Indian restaurant in the area. The food has a certain extra freshness and authenticity that even the big names in the white-tablecloth-curry-house brigade are lacking. The staff is very friendly and competent, the decor is nice without being pretentious. Even the location is great, being right across the road from Leicester railway station. We love their introductory starter of freshly made dips with poppadums, we rave about their bindi bhaji, we have never had a main course that didn't live up to its menu description.
