The front of house guy was great at customer service. Whether it was genuine or just gift of the gab, this guy had it in spade loads. He made us feel welcome, gave us recommendations and the food was just out of this world. A definite wow moment.
When you experience something great, you almost don't want to share it as you don't want other people to know about it as places can often become too busy, prices go up and sometimes the service and the food quality goes down. But I'm willing to take a risk with this one.
I love my food. I love Indian food, and great customer service... well, that just gets me every time. Whilst the service was a little slow to start with, (He apologised without us saying anything that we should have been served quicker and not had such a gap between taking our order and getting our drinks. In fact he said 'I put myself in your place and I am sorry as I as would not have wanted to wait so long') the food was out of this world. The starters were made just as requested, the mains were delicious and the price was more than reasonable.
We had a fish dish, lamb, paneer and a range of vege and lamb starters. I have been talking about this place for ages now as it was simply tasty.
