Needless to say, every good review was completely on point! The 2 professionals they sent out were thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. They took a fine-tooth comb approach to every part of the inspection, climbing through the attic, up on the roof, running faucets, appliances, examining doors & windows and much more, taking pictures & videos every step along the way. The one inspector my husband was at times following around from one area to the next did not even appear phased by hubby's "shadowing", instead choosing to explain what he was doing at every turn whether my husband asked him or not. This put my also skeptical & technical-minded husband very much at ease, which worked well for all involved. The second inspector was taking care more so of the indoor areas and facilitating the tool-running from the van to the other inspector, a system that seemed to work seamlessly. His kindness with my little one (my dog Lulu!) and humor made the mood pleasant and light. I recommend this company to anyone requiring home inspection services, and would honestly give 6 stars if I could. We were and still are very, very pleased with the process, start to finish! PROS: - punctual... inspectors showed up on time - kind & friendly inspectors - thorough and efficient - explained things along the way unprompted, and also answered questions we asked ins detailed way without condescension or annoyance - presented options and expectations for possible repairs - price was quite reasonable for the amount of services offered - full report sent within hours of completion, included 3-D/rotating imaging CONS: - none

When we arrived at the house at the time of the inspection the inspector, Nestor, was already there, very punctual! He was very friendly, helpful and diligent. He told us to ask anything !! As we went ok doing our "own little inspection" he explained little details like how to turn the heater on/off (something I would've never known.... (plus, it was hidden inna closet..) He was very honest and professional as well, took a decent amount if time making sure everything was dully checked! Final report was provided to us 2 days after the inspection. It was done Friday noon time and we received the report Sunday morning! Very pleased with Nestor's job, I will definitely recommend this company!

I have cameras inside my home that recorded the conversation of how nasty, unprofessional, disrespectful you were along with you saying my home was too big. There is absolutely nothing professional with the way you run your business. Further proof you were notified. My house closed on 7/24. I reached out to you on October 14th. Less than 90 days. You can add all the disclosures/disclaimers you want; Your work was atrocious and in conjunction with the realtor and sellers to decieve. Also, you did not include in your report all the structural damage in the balconies including the missing pieces. Potential clients- beware and due your due diligence. I hired Nestor Gomez to inspect what was to be my new home in July 2024 after being recommended by the sellers realtor to use him. At first, he appeared professional and explained things throughout the inspection. However, I later discovered he was working in conjunction with my realtor and the sellers to mislead me about the true condition of the property. He failed to disclose significant water damage in the master bedroom bathroom let alone that water mitigation services had been done, he assured us the roof was in excellent condition with a remaining lifespan of 15 years. In reality, a major section of the roof was completely rotted--something that takes years to develop and should have been easily identified. The night of the walkthrough 80% of the home's light switches weren't functioning, in less than 30 days of moving in we discovered a mold infestation throughout the entire second floor. A second inspector later confirmed that mold had been painted over and had been present for more than a year and must have been caused by the water damage based on the holes opened in all the vanities in the master bedroom bathroom(not reported on Nestor inspection). Other issues overlooked or falsely reported as "fine" included a wine cooler taped in place, a broken ice maker, and severely damaged AC ductwork in the attic. None of these were reported in his inspection. When I called Nestor to address these concerns and request his liability insurance for a claim, he was rude, dismissive, and claimed it was "impossible" to conduct a thorough inspection due to the size of the home. He also told me I couldn't take legal action because his report included multiple disclaimers meant to protect him from liability--implying he was well aware of what he was doing. Adding to the suspicion, the sellers' attorney requested we sign a release form after closing to prevent future lawsuits for damages or issues with the property, further indicating that all parties were aware of the home's severe issues. After spending over $40,000 on repairs, I urge you to do your due diligence and avoid working with Nestor Gomez. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I experienced.

The flooring in my daughter's room is buckling, and the custom stair treads are cracking due to improper installation. The stairs squeak terribly, and all the mitered corners of the stairs are loose and coming apart. I have been incredibly patient, waiting for over a year for Sawgrass Floors to address and repair these issues. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they are no longer responding and appear unwilling to stand behind their work. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I regret choosing Sawgrass Floors for this project. I cannot recommend them based on the poor quality of the installation and their complete lack of accountability or customer service.

I worked for John for over a decade and after 13 years I cant take no more! Im writtting this review to warn future customers that the money he used to pay for your floors is gone! What he does is this: he will take your deposit, tell you that it will take weeks to get the product, Use that money to pay other things, hope that a new customer will come and give another deposit to pay for your product, but when that didnt happen he would hold on to my money and use that to pay for the product, and when it was time to repay me, he would cut part of it and push to "next payment"! By doing that the snowball rolled to more than $30k and now that he doesnt have that "bank" along him, be careful! I thought he was an honest man, even going against what a lot o people say about him, but after what he did last time (holding $17k from a job done at the JCC Pembroke Pines.)saying he will have to repay for a job done in August that a glue failure resulted in replacement of 1200 feet, which he tried really hard to blame me (when we both know he changed the glue we being using for more than 7 years to a glue $20 / a bucket cheaper to "try it out"). I even knowing it was not my fault said...its ok, ill replace the floor, but pay me for what you own me from last job, well he didnt! It was just an excuse to hold my money which he spent it already! So again....be careful, im not there to help pay for your material anymore!
