When I lived in NY, there was 1 location in Westbury and in Massachusetts, there are 8 locations. All locations are pretty similar. The Total Wine & More in Natick is located in Cloverleaf Marketplace Shopping Center with other businesses such as Harbor Freight Tools and Burlington Coat Factory. The parking lot is huge so there are no problems finding a spot. The website, https://www.totalwine.com, is very user friendly and very helpful. I looked up the wines I was looking to purchase beforehand and it showed me the price, availability, and where in the store it is exactly located. There are also some delivery options. The prices aren't bad and were reasonable. I used the store pickup option to purchase 2 wines. I put in the order at 8:03am with a pickup the same day at 1:00pm and at 9:39am, I received an email stating my order is ready early. In the store, there is an Order Pickup counter. Very seamless process. Of course, I took a look around the store as well. The aisles were spacious and staff were available to offer assistance and were restocking.
