Next time, it was just my bad eye sight, wasn't exactly the type I was looking for but when I clarified - he asked someone and in less than 3 minutes I had exactly what I was looking for (as well as a new one to try) - great customer service = good up-sell as well. Great selection, prices and nice people - too bad I wasn't a bigger drinker!
