Ever since jiggar left this business had totally changed. The guy took over is a scam artist. He will ring you up for items you aren't purchasing. He will sell you used e-cigarette parts as new. He will pressure to buy expensive box mods without explaining their functions or even checking to see if it will be compatible with your current setup. You will never get a receipt unless you ask. I stopped in the other day, and was very surprised at how nice this new shop was. There was a good selection of humidors, lighters, ashtrays, hookahs and cigars. I spoke with one of the owners, and he guided me to some new cigars to try. Overall it was a very nice experience. The prices were pretty good. I could find better online, but would rather give my business to a local shop. The interior was very nice with tiled floors, clean shelves, and very nicely lit cigar storage along the entire right and back of the business. The location is easily accessible, but be careful or you will be beyond it before you know any better. This is not some shop to sell pretty glass pipes, but a real cigar and tobacco shop. I had no idea I worked so close to this place or that it even existed. Little corner cigar shop and more in a very hard to see strip on Middlesex Turnpike. When you walk in, everything is well organized and clean. I was getting out of work and in need of oil for my vape ASAP. Went online and found this place but they were closing in a few minutes, I called hoping the owner would let me still come by, he did and was as sweet as could be, He stayed open and could not have been more courteous! Jigar isn't there anymore. Whoever is running this now is not as concerned with customer satisfaction as turning a profit. Current proprietor will try to recommend and steer you towards the most expensive and overrated cigars he has to offer. I've also had a couple of duds that needed to be lit halfway through. Prices have also gone up considerably. Better off going to the guy at the Woburn Mall or down to Waltham. read more

After about a ten minute discussion I was out the door with my new vape. Jigar was not pushy at anytime and completely evaluated my specific requirement. I'm glad I'm finally getting a chance to review this place, because I have been living in the area for 2 years and this is the first smoke shop I have been to that has lived up to my expectations of what a cigar shop should be. Most of the places i had gone in the area were more like head shops with a minimal selection of cigars that don't cater to tobacco enthusiasts. This is the opposite of that; a clean, high quality shop focused on providing the best variety of ecigs, hookahs, and cigars/accessories. I initially came in about a month ago to replace the e-cigarette I had bought online. I had been trying to quit smoking on and off for about a year, but was never really satisfied with the other products i had used (which were disposables and some cheaper entry level personal vapes). My problem with other products was that they did not offer the same feel and experience as a cigarette, so i always found myself using the c-cigarettes as a supplementary product rather than a smoking replacement. After talking with the owner about what I was looking for, he recommended a Rechargeable Clover variable voltage battery and a Kangertech Protank 3, along with a few of the quick-niq e liquids. I can happily say that I have now gone a month without smoking cigarettes, and my lungs have not felt this good in a long time. This setup offered the same throat hit and sensation of a cigarette, but with a much better flavor and none of the ill effects of real cigarettes. I went back the next week and actually bought a second, identical set up so that I could keep one at home and one in the car. I see that another customer here had bought the same setup (clover, kangertech, and quick-niq liquid) and was not satisfied with either the product or the service. While everyone is obviously entitled to their opinion, I honestly struggle to understand why. The clover/kangertech setup itself has been extremely reliable and durable for me, and the quick-niq liquids had better flavor than the similar products i had tried from the Halo brand and other online retailers. In terms of the service, Jigar's help is what really sold me on this place. By spending a little extra time helping figure out what i was looking for, I ended up with a product that has met all of my needs at a price that I found to be competitive and reasonable. In the subsequent times I have been in there, he has always treated other customers with the same attention, and it is why i only go to cigars and more now when i am looking for anything related to hookah, e-cigs, or cigars. If you are looking for a smoke shop with a wide selection of hookah products, ecigs/personal vapes, and cigars, I highly recommend you checking out this place. read more

Ripped me off on an ecig vape. Sold me a nearly dead Clover ecig battery for over twice internet price ($20) , an a Kangertech tank, also overpriced, which cracked the same day I bought it, and without the extra atomizer head. E-liquid was also terrible quality. I should have ordered on the internet, I thought a new local retailer would have more integrity. He seems generous with certain victims, but quality of merchandise was terrible, and I guess he sized me up as a sucker right away. read more

The gentleman that works there is very nice and knowledgeable, there is HUGE selection of hookah tobacco and I got the BEST DEAL EVER, 3 bags of Fumari tobbaco for $33 , I usually pay $16 for 100grams bag in other stores. Had a few great experiences with Jigar, seemed like an honest business man flipping a wide variety of tobacco products however honesty wasn't his main priority. I spent around 150$ on a few different products at his store and received a sub-ohm tank that came with a broken (yet functional) mouthpiece and the glass chamber quickly broke after a 1 inch knockover on my coffee table. I returned the item the day after i bought it and he promised to simply replace the glass chamber if and under the impression i purchase a new 80.00$ Vape (worth 50.55$ online). Personally i understand the struggle of running a small business and I knew i could've got it offline way cheaper however someone's gatta help pay the bills eh? Either way i bought the vape and was told to return in two days to get my tank back (I stupidly left it in the store believing i could rely on him). Two days later i arrive and his wife (I presume) was at the front desk and clearly was clueless on my tank. I even called in ahead of time to make sure he was aware (wife picked up the phone). Well i arrive at the store and she begins shaking her head telling me she had no idea what i was talking about and decides to call Jigar and get him to drive down to the store (greatly appreciated). As he arrives he began to tell me he didn't know who i was...... I was confused considering i was in the store a total of three times in the past 5 days. To prove the fact i actually bought products from his store i show him one of the mods i bought from him with the case, along with several other products including a melo 2 tank. After this quick enlightenment he suddenly knew who i was and even managed to remember the exact amount of money i spent (clearly was trying to avoid giving my tank back). I requested to have my tank back as he quickly denied and began accusing me of stealing juice! His story kept on changing for another 10 minutes of arguing. I told him i just wanted my broken tank back so i could personally order the replacement parts (tank/mouthpiece 8$) as it was logical considering i spent 30$ on the tank. Well after he began to threaten to call the police on me i said fuck it and decided to go home and write this review. I can't even fathom the idea that this scumbag stole a 30$ BROKEN tank from me and then began to threaten the police because i was underage. However it didn't matter that i was underage when i purchased his products. This guy seemed like a great guy and after reading all the reviews he clearly has been pretty great to his customers generally speaking i just dont know why he couldn't give me my property back. I suggest a different store in Waltham called Lux Vapes as they have pretty good juice (personally suggest the unicorn milk) and a decent selection of vapes however all are a bit pricey. Gatta get a 18 year old though to buy juice from Lux since they card everyone. Debating whether filing a police report is worth the 30$. I'm just afraid this guy is ripping off a bunch of 17 Yr old's in similar situations as he clearly had his story pretty well scripted before I even showed up. Once i told him to go check the cameras in his store to see if i actually stole juice/purchased products/left my broken tank he refused to speak to me and returned to the store and locked the door. Ugh now i'm sitting at home short 30$, without a mod, and already feigning for cigarettes. Fuck addiction man I'm trying to get passed this shit as im way too young to be chiefing butts and the mod really curbs down on my addiction. Well i hope luck to those trying to quit and personally could never return to Jigar's store again. :( read more
