Mike and Kelly Livingston has been nothing but consumate professionals in all dealings I've had. Never an issue, and never a problem. Their prices are generally better than others I've used but more importantly than price is the fact that they're extremely reliable. Even in times when it was my fault I was running out of fuel because I didn't call them in a timely manner, they would come over and help me out. Great people, great reliability and a true family business. There's been no reason for me to look anywhere else, and yes - I had and have done my homework with the local fuel delivery companies.

Within an hour of our call, they were back to us. Kevin and Dan drove to our home location and reviewed our situation. The next day we had a very competitive proposal with a next day starting time. They arrived at 8:00 AM, on time, and started the agreed repairs. As I was out of the house on all 3 days, they performed their duties as to what was to be done. Additionally, in installing a surround tub and backwall, they removed a 40-year-old tub and disposed of it. Installing a bathroom vent and painting the walls and ceiling was masterful completion to a 3-day completion. They are two well-mannered individuals who I would trust in handling any type of repairs to our most important investment in our lives: Our Home. Do not miss the opportunity to work with them in any home repair situation. Respectfully, Paul & Virginia Tymchyn Altamont, NY

I would never even consider using another mobile home seller. We did all the research and there was only one company that we would use and that's Better Homes and Transport. If you hear the names, Fred, Matt and Scott then you know you'll be in good shape, the whole crew is great. Best rated company and now I know why.
