Yerdon Construction did several jobs for us over the past few years. This included a firepit with benches, a walkway from the driveway, steps to our waterfront, and several decks (one overlooking our waterfront, a side deck at our breakfast area, and the deck at our front door). Each one was done with outstanding quality and at a very reasonable price which is why we continued to use the firm for additional projects. Quality of work is outstanding. Repaired roof which continued to leak. Non responsive to calls. Also hung up when called about fixing the repair. Would never recommend this

We had a four stall garage shell built by a different contractor under a previous contract before I met Tim. They did a fine job on the shell. We had Time and crew return to finish the interior. They handled the wiring, insulation sheet rock and painting as well as installing all of the lighting I had purchased for the project. By the time they finished, I think I could rent my garage out as a reception hall! Extraordinary work and most pleasant to work with! read more

Yerdon Construction is my go-to contractor! Tim and his crew have covered every aspect of my contracting needs. They gutted and remodeled the whole interior of my home replacing everything from top to bottom (New electrical, Sheetrock, the works). They built me the custom bathroom and kitchen of my dreams! They currently are building me a new front deck and will be replacing my roof over the next couple weeks. I am so immensely impressed with their craftsmanship and the way that they care for their customers, doing everything in their power to make sure that I am happy, that they will be building an addition on my home next year! Negative a trillion stars -- They suck!! stole $50,000 from me run don't walk from these thieves!!! They didn't care that that was my life savings. their work is poor and they stole everything out of my house that i was trying to renovate so that i wouldn't be homeless. did they care - nope, not one bit - jehovah's witness my a$$!! They were supposed to do a professional job of cleaning up afterwards, yet there was debris all over the place, dust all over the floors and debris on the roof that they were just going to leave up there the friggin' slobs!!!! i paid them and had to beg them to come back and remove the crap from the roof. They never did sweep up the debris that they created inside of the house claiming they didn't have electricity - hmm I didn't know it took electricity to Push a Friggin' Broom!!!!!!!! As$$Holes!!! Our first contractor backed out of the job in October shortly before we were to leave for Florida for four months. The job was to open up a full staircase to a full attic and create a bedroom, a full bath and a den on the second floor. We were incredibly fortunate to be introduced to Tim Yerdon and his crew at the last moment. It happened that he was available for a good part of the winter and that most of our work was going to be heated inside work. We accepted his estimate and he began the week were leaving for Florida. Tim communicated like no other contractor I have worked with before. He texted multiple photographs of progress three to four times a week. He made great suggestions nearly all of which we accepted. When some materials were simply unavailable due to "supply delays," Tim simply made what he needed. This man is not a carpenter, he is an artisan! In addition to the usual carpentry, Tim and Crew dealt with all of the electrical issues of finishing a second floor, as well as all of the plumbing and venting. When the walls were finished, Tim's crew took care of the painting and I have to say that whoever did his painting had an incredibly steady hand. I've never seen such straight lines! It would not be possible for me to over recommend Tim and his crew for your project. The fact is, I regret having a contract with another builder for a garage on our property, but it was signed before I met Tim. That said, Tim has agreed to do all of the finishing work on the garage once the shell is up. Consider this: if I ever suffer loss on my Florida property due to a hurricane, I'll ask Tim if he wants winter work in the sun! read more
