This was our first, and probably last mobile home purchase. Not because we had a bad experience,…read more but because we had a great experience. I would never even consider using another mobile home seller. We did all the research and there was only one company that we would use and that's Better Homes and Transport. From the front office to the service team they are simply the best. Our home was ordered and delivered in 6 weeks, in less than 10 days after that we had keys in our hand and ready to get our Certificate of Occupancy. If you hear the names, Fred, Matt and Scott then you know you'll be in good shape, the whole crew is great. Best rated company and now I know why.

Talk about going above and beyond! I'm so grateful for the quick response and willingness to help when I was in a bind. Thank you so much, guys! You're the best!

It was Roscoe Roofing (SJBS Construction). Sal came right over to give me an estimate on my leaking roof. Other contractors each told me something different as far as what the problem was. Sal took the time to explain that it could be several things and what was needed to fix all the possible problems. He pointed out all the mistakes that were made with the prior roofing job. He impressed me with his extensive knowledge, so I hired them. They showed up bright and early every day, around 7:30, and worked through the whole day. They extended my dormers a foot so they extended over the windows and wrapped and caulked all the windows. I could tell just by being around them as they worked that Sal is a perfectionist and if something didn't look right, he made sure it was re-done correctly. I've had so many bad experiences with contractors so I was very happy to finally get such a competent one. I'm not an expert but to me it looks like they did an exceptional job. And I know they stand by their work because I called them when I had a question, and Sal came over the very next day.

Correll Roofing installed our roof a few years ago. We've had issues with it leaking at least…read morethree times. The first leak, our guarantee was honored. We paid for the second repair. The last problem, we asked the company to come look at our new leak and it cost us $189 for a 15 minute visit with the information that our roof was not the problem. Still, the damage to the ceiling was above the place where Correll said the leak was happening. The owner said this was standard practice to charge for a repair, which never happened, saying Insurance and the pay for two people to come to investigate caused the high rate. We were never notified that it would cost us this much for a visit. Correll said no one has a problem with this and because it was classified as a "repair" that justified the cost. We still have a leak and no repair was done. If this suits you, then do business with this company, we will not.
