I have my moms work address and was disappointed when it was a half hour until closing time (5pm) and there was no mention of flowers. I called and they asked me why I didn't mention that it was a business address when I had ordered, I was never asked! I guess it's my bad for assuming that when I ordered them at 9am for same day delivery that they would be delivered before 5 or at least notified by the florists instead of me having to call them. Later I received a voicemail saying that they were closed and they would try again tomorrow with her home address. I was very disappointed with the overall communication and the stress of not knowing if my mom was going to receive her flowers by Mother's Day or not. On Monday morning at about 9:30 I called Bo-Ka because a review online stated that they are the best Florists in Findlay. Bo-Ka's employee assured me that the flowers would be delivered that day. On THURSDAY, she called and told me they had NOT been able to deliver the flowers because no one answered their phone call(s) and they couldn't leave them because the day was hot. She said they called me (on Tuesday) but my phone "rang and rang and rang." I have a iPhone which goes to voicemail if the call is not answered, so that is a poor excuse. If she had left a message on my phone, I could have given her further instructions. My final word is that their arrangements might be the best in Findlay, but their reliability leaves a lot to be desired.
