When I came to pick up my dress, I tried it on and it wasn't as fitted as I was hoping for. I talked to the owner, Le, and said it wasn't to my satisfaction and he was willing to alter it for no additional charge. I have been to other seamstresses who will charge for additional alterations if you are dissatisfied with their service. Although the alterations were higher than other tailor shops I have gone to, their customer satisfaction compensates for it.

Ive never had any issues coming to this location. I didnt find what I went for but I definitely found some nice clothing articles and flat shoes. Im not a fan of looking/searching through miscellaneous racks of clothes. It just annoys me. I managed to do such today for a few minutes not long and was out. The line was a little long because of a couple customers at the counters but all in all it was good.

He introduced me to Craig who was super helpful right when I walked in. I walked in wanting a suit and left with suit, shirt, tie, and picking up shoes when I grab my suit after tailoring. He had a great eye for style and had me feeling great about my purchase after leaving. After dealing with him I'm thinking this will be my new place for all of my clothes. There is no customer 'service' in this store and at this point, I will not make another attempt with any of their products.

The first lady referred me to the so called manager. He said we cant take the watch back because it was adjusted. I said the band is easily adjustable and can be returned to its original state. He was extremely rude and condescending and refused to take watch back. I asked him who his manager was and he refused to give that info. He then ran off and pawned me off on one of his employees who gave me a customer service line. Since i am from out of town the customer service dept told me to find a store in my area. Luckily the ladies at the store were much nicer and we were finally able to return the watch. The manager should be fired for taking advantage of a 16 year old and not honoring the michael kors 30 day return policy.

They have lots of employees fixing and organizing the clothing, or to help with any questions. I have been shopping at Uniqlo for a long time and most of the clothing I have purchased there maintains strength and durability no matter how many times you wash or dry clean them. I do wish there were more locations, but then again not so much bc I'll be broke. I do like their heattech collection, it does keep me warm during colder months. They also offer free alterations depending on what you need done and if it meets the price threshold. I forgot the minimum, but I don't think it was much. If not they charge around $5 or so. This is the closest location in the Pasadena/Annapolis area. They also have a few other locations in Bethesda, Montgomery Mall, and D.C. I'm sure there are more and I've heard there will be a new location in Annapolis Mall. Their clothing can be pricey, depending what you buy. However they do have sales throughout the year and you can get many pieces at a low price. Overall, the Columbia location has a wide variety, but one of their small stores. The location on 5th Ave, NY is by far their largest store.

I immediately said 'hello, are you the manager' since he didn't bother to greet me. The purchase was made a week ago and the tags were still afixed and I had the return email with a bar code. It felt like I was being judged on returning the item. This was the second time I've interacted with a manager and left feeling disgusted. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO NORDSTROM IN THE MALL AT COLUMBIA, MARYLAND. I spend entirely too much money at Nordstrom to deal with dollar store service and lack of quality products.
