I called them at least 10 times during the day with no answer. I went there again and was made promises again and I took my vehicle and left. What a waste of my time. No respect for others. 2 days without my vehicle and my car was parked on the street the whole time and very vulnerable. Judging by the number of cars parked all over the place my story seems to be the norm. The place is dirty and unorganized. The woman I spoke with was very apoligetic and very nice but I would not recommend this place at all.

Mario's is one of the few places open on Saturday and at 8am when I called, owner picked up right away. I explained my problem and he said they would take a look and what some potential outcomes would be. When I got there jose was working on another car. Mario helped with the communication since jose didn't speak English much and I don't speak Spanish well at all. They had a few chairs for me to sit and wait while the pouring rain slowed down. Once it did. Jose got the car on the lift and assessed the issue. He helped get some clips back in place and zip tied for extra security. Mind you at one point we were both in the pouring rain and yet jose was not in any rush and was making sure the bumper liner was good. Made the car a lot more comfortable for me to drive until I get it checked out by a body shop. They were very very generous with pricing and I was happy to tip jose a couple bucks. At a price point that is unreasonable. Declined and I made the comment I would do my own repairs. There response was to tighten lug nuts so tight. I wouldn't be able to get them off. 15 min with a torch and lug nuts still started to strip. The level of evil to do this to people who can't afford there service is disgraceful. Finding a mechanic that you trust can be tricky, and I am so happy that Angel and his team have been amazing, friendly, and trustworthy folks not just to me but my entire family. We have been customers of Leader Service for over 15 years, and I have not visited another shop for my car since. It's worth mentioning, that for the majority of the time I've gone to Leader Service, I have had the same 2013 Nissan Rouge. It's wild to me that my car still runs perfectly fine - and it's because of the attention to detail and maintenance recs that the team here has shared with me. This week I went in for my regular oil change, and they discovered I also had a leak in my radiator and coolant tank. My friend recently had a similar issue with her car and my estimate was more affordable than hers. They are honest, helpful, and provide a great value for the level of attention and detail they give to each guest. In addition to being generally awesome, the Marathon Gas station that is also part of this building has been designated a Historic Landmark by the City of Miami since 1983. It has a classic Art Deco style and just shy of 100 years old. I think it's so cool that in the sea of new development in Miami the team here has remained committed to preserving the original architecture.
