I have been a customer of El Toro RV since 2014. We started with them when they were located around…read morethe corner from where our RV was stored in Lake Forest. That was a great advantage for us because as part of their customer service model they would pick up the RV for service and then drop it back off. They have also repaired things in an emergency (same day) without an appointment when we were heading out on a trip and required their services. Because of the great relationship that we have built over the years, when they moved to Anaheim several miles from us now even though we have to drive it there, we still have the RV serviced by them. There have been a couple of occasions when they have done work for repairs under insurance warranties. Tony was instrumental in ensuring all was taken care of to our satisfaction and dealt with the insurance companies directly. We have known the EL Toro team for many years, and they have treated us very well and the services on the RV has been great. We will continue to go to them as we have done our research on other RV shops near us and surrounding areas and have found none that compare to them for pricing and customer service. Thanks, EL Toro RV! You will be seeing us soon.

My boyfriend, tired of seeing my frustration, did a search and called 2U RV. Bert showed up the following week and gave us the equivalent of a PDI (pre-delivery inspection) for our newly acquired 1975 bus conversion. He was punctual, very helpful and knowledgeable - more importantly, he was genuine and honest with his input and suggestions. He gave us advice, explained on how to fix, modify and make adjustments where needed ourselves and where and what to purchase rather than being that typical repairman/mechanic who just tells you what's wrong with something and how much it will cost to fix it. I have to admit my reluctance about leaving such a detailed review in the first place due to selfish reasons - cause if the word gets out about Bert's awesomeness, he might get too busy if I need something fixed quickly! However, I feel he deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provided. Based on this, I intend on always calling on 2U RV for all of my RV service and repair needs in the future.
