However, if it's coming from paradise, it's a different story. My family has bought 3 cars from paradise over the last few years. That's where my confidence for buying an older car comes from. My salesman Corey reminded me why I should feel confident when doing business with paradise. Putting business aside, he's an amazing dude. Back to business though. Corey is super straight forward, honest, and extremely friendly, just like everyone else I talked to in my short time in paradise. Over in the service department, Mark is a treat to talk to as well. Overall, the entire staff is great from front to back and paradise is the blueprint of what a well ran business looks like.

Anyhow hat alone should cover the tow and their so called storage fee's but that wasn't enough according to them so they take her car then try to take more. My grandmother lives in Anza and lives off of $850 a month and that was her only vehicle. Again accidents happen and that is not the towing company's fault but trying to stick her with a $5000 bill and then trying to reduce it to $2700 and threatening her with small claims. Business is business but these are flat out fraudulent charges and an outrageous act against a handicapped senior citizen that they think they can bully around. Not to mention the driver of the tow truck got out and said "what were you doing? On your phone?". I told him no that the other driver is at fault and I just want my car left in my drive way. I was standing on the side of the roadway when the driver got into his truck, I yelled that he was hitting me because the truck rolled backward, he turned the truck on and backed into me, I screamed several times and he kept backing up. He got out of the truck and I yelled that he hit me with his truck, the response he gave was oh well, you shouldn't have been standing there. When he refused to provide any information as to why he was on the property, he made himself appear to be doing something that was not all the way legal. When he backed his truck into me knowing I was standing there, he broke no law apparently. The law only protects criminals or people acting in malice. I called the tow truck office and was told by the person answering the phone that it wasn't my business and she had a job to do so she hung up. Beware. You don't want this company responsible for your car or your safety.

Made a call to AAA and specifically asked for a flatbed to tow one of our cars. They dispatched…read morethese folks. Estimated arrival time for a flat bed was 1 hour. The Mister informed the driver the car had transmission problems. What does the driver do? Instead of using the chains to load the car onto the bed he drives it, or should I say guns it onto the bed and Revved it. The mister told him to be careful. Too late he scratched our tip of our high end after market exhaust. Once we got to the destination he scratched our exhaust AGAIN while unloading it. The driver failed to take the extra time and put wood under our back end to prevent this from happening. The mister asked him to please take his time while unloading. Unfortunately that never happened and our car is now damaged. All the driver could say was "sorry". I feel tow truck drivers need more training while transporting any type of custom car, lowered car, modified car, ect and need to take more pride when touching anybody's car. Take notice and apply preventable measures. Just saying I am sorry is not good enough for me. Drivers need to be accountable. We will be contacting AAA to see what can be done about this situation. I personally do not recommend this company. Not happy.
