Our family of 3 was able to create so many memories driving through the California Coast into Oregon with the Forester. We took a trip with 3 other families who also rented their RVs. Total of 4 families & 4 RVS! The Forester gave us EVERYTHING WE NEEDED PLUS MORE AMENITIES. It was CLEAN & NOT WORN OUT (compared to our friend's rentals) Bathroom: The shower was just right and we had great shower pressure & the water heater worked perfectly, according to and in comparison to the other RVs. Plus they gave us what we needed to maintain a clean and fragrant bathroom and we had a manual water spray which other RVs didn't have. The bedding was very comfortable! The fridge, freezer, stove top & oven worked without anyproblems. The Forester gave us all the conveniences we needed to "rough it & glamp." Seriously thinking of investing in an RV ourselves now. Thank you to Yanlin & Vincent for being accessible, easy to work with and reach out to for our peace of mind. Generator would only work in small spurts, so there was no back up a/c available while traveling. Fridge never got cold, had to keep ice in it to keep food cold. When I reach out no one returns a phone call. Now they've had my deposit for over a week and no one answers the phone or calls me back. Don't risk your family's vacation to these people! Bait and switch, horrible customer service.

It was our third year anniversary trip and we were little nervous about taking a weeklong trip in the RV, but Mika was there for us and even gave us her personal number in case we had any issues on the road. I wish I had been told prior to driving there about the condition of the tent. At first sight, the tent is very beat up at best. The top part has to be held by tie downs in order to hold with the bottom part. The latches don't work at the front. The top also had a huge dent and finally, the tent had a hole as seen in picture. I was told by Adam the tent was fully cleaned but we found trash inside. Some floss, gum wrapped in paper and some chapstick. This is a side business from his automotive main business so there was a long wait for the install and removal of the tent. It definitely served its purpose but definitely not worth the price.

It's easy to drive and all the functions work amazing. The RV was perfect and definitely wanna do it again . Having your own restroom, kitchen and place to sleep all in one place was so convenient and perfect. RV camping all the way! Here are my top experience with the RV aka Big Bertha. TV in the back helped with the long trip because my wife and daughter enjoyed some movies (DVD player only so dust off all the classics). Microwave & 2 top stove was great for cooking. The awning saved us during some rain. The Furnace at night keep us nice & warm (I suggest keeping the top fan on and open since it runs off of propane) All the storage space was perfect for blankets, luggage, and dish ware. The fridge was a perfect size for breakfast, lunch and dinner. :) The back couch turned into a super comfy King size bed that fit us 3 just fine with some extra elbow space. They set aside dedicated time to walk us through the RV and cover all the important points of the rental, and the orientation was thorough. Sam at the front desk was especially welcoming. A couple of notes for future renters: our RV showed a tire pressure (TPMS) sensor alert. The staff told us it wasn't an issue, and it caused no problems during the trip. Also, the fridge can run on either electric or propane. Set it to auto mode so it switches between the two on its own and your food stays cold.
