Great place. Just went there today. I was thinking of putting a E Bike rack on The back of my RV above my lifted jeep I tow. Bobby looked at it and told me it was too high and would not be safe. So. I changed plans. He put new tail lights on my bike rack on the back of my jeep so I can cover my bikes and still have visible tail lights when I am towing the jeep behind the RV. I called Bobby at Taylor's Hitches and Stitches. He said his distributor had the Curt Class 3 2" trailer hitch in stock in Ontario, CA, and he could install it the next day for $400. It's for my 2018 Acura RDX for a bicycle rack. He called me the next day and said the hitch was delivered. I drove down and he put my vehicle on his red hydraulic lift and installed the new hitch n just a short time making sure it was not scratched, that the crossbar is completely hidden by the rear bumper, correctly centered, and the bolts torqued as required by Curt. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND MORE MONEY FIXING YOUR CAR!!!! PICTURE PROOF INCLUDED!! I trusted Taylor's to install a hitch on my 2018 Mercedes GLC300. Yes, I was able to drop-off and pick up my car later that same day, HOWEVER little did I know a few days later I started getting warning lights.. there were two warnings, "Active Brake Assist Inoperative" and "Blind Spot Assist Inoperative" AND THEN the Check Engine light came on. I took my car to the Mercedes dealer for them to fix under warranty but was informed that it was because when installing the aftermarket hitch, when re-installing the bumper they DID NOT ROUTE THE WIRE HARNESS CORRECTLY causing it to burn (pic attached) and cost $986.00 to fix ON TOP OF WHAT I PAID OVER $600.00. I contacted Bobby to see if he could help cover the cost or refund me what I paid for hitch, but he said he would only try to repair what he did wrong. Excuse me- I trusted him to do the job RIGHT to begin with, and given how European cars can be very particular esp with the warning lights, DID NOT want him messing up something else!!
