Well, came here to say that I totally 10/10 would reccomend! So I'll be sure to call them again to keep up my maintenance. Those squitos love my blood. Also not only that, Maurice, who serviced our home, noticed that we had a few spiders and he kindly offered to spray them off our patio as the corners of our backyard. I want to say that a few hours later I noticed about 3 dead spiders. It was crazy actually and thank you baby Jesus because I'm deathly afraid of spiders! Last thing, BESTTTT part about this was... when they came to spray our house, I was babysitting my niece and nephew outside and I was pleasantly surprised to know that they did not have to stop what they were doing or even go back into the house because Maurice had explained to me about the non toxic natural components and it was harmless to the children. Soooo, to all the mothers, fathers or last minute baby sitters, it's nice to know that your day with the kids will not be interrupted lol. Thanks BuzzOff ! You'll be a client on the books for awhile

We are first-time homebuyers who utilized a VA loan, which required a termite inspection and…read moreclearance. Rockwell was hired for this inspection and came highly recommended. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about their ethics and business practices. During the initial inspection, the technician failed to enter the home and conducted only an exterior review. Despite this limited assessment, they reported dry rot and evidence of termite damage that needed repair for the VA loan approval. We were subsequently quoted approximately $5,000 for the necessary work, which the sellers agreed to and was scheduled. Rockwell later issued clearance indicating that all required repairs had been completed. However, during our final walkthrough, we discovered that the work was not fully complete. After intervention from our realtor, the company was slow to respond, failed to prioritize the issue, and even missed a scheduled appointment to complete the outstanding work. We were then informed they could not return for several more days, even though the loan had already closed based on their certification--something we relied on in good faith when proceeding with signing the closing documents and getting the keys (our mistake). Only after significant pressure did Rockwell return the following day. When they did, the quality of work was subpar. Porch pillars were installed without any bolts, paint was left splattered carelessly, siding was replaced with an incorrect material and dry rot was painted over. We also have no confidence that proper termite treatment was performed. Further concerns arose from the initial inspection itself, which failed to identify obvious issues, including a severely termite-infested bush on the property and a shed, and termite frass in an electrical panel, along with swarmers stuck in webs along the exterior of the house. Given these oversights and the substandard repairs, we hired another company to conduct a new inspection at our own expense after closing because we did not trust that the work was properly completed. This company felt the house should have been tented prior to closure. Most troubling is that Rockwell issued official clearance required for our VA loan to close despite the fact that the work had not been completed at the time. This is a serious matter and calls into question the integrity of their reporting and compliance with required standards of a VA loan. Due to this experience, we cannot recommend this company. We strongly advise others to exercise caution and seek more reliable, thorough, and ethical service providers.

Last Summer we had an influx of Rats that migrated in and around our backyard perimeter planters. I…read morereally didn't take it too seriously because I relied on off the shelf products at the local home center and typically had positive results until we started to see more traces of stool droppings. Eventually it was escalated and substantial damage (loss) was impacted at the Wicker furniture and Sunbrella cushions/pillows. The furniture wasn't the tipping point, it was the garage intrusion and the destruction of our plastic K9 food container, they literally cannibalized the lid overnight and feasted leaving behind urine and stool droppings. A mess to find in the early morning hour when you're about to leave to work. After much research and reviewing estimates, we awarded a month to month service with Modern Pest Management. Ron was very quick at returning our call on a Saturday and basically impressed us over the phone and we agreed to meet and possibly consider services. He communicated with us on the scheduled morning and let us know he was en route. Upon arrival, he quickly went into a recon mode to assess the presence of Rats and basically exposed the heavy infestation of their dirty nightly shenanigans, very gross to say the least and unsanitary. Ron sold us (6) commercial grade plastic boxes with tamper proof lids that houses tea bags specifically scented with a auroma and low volume poison that is pet and child friendly. The idea is to lure the pests, they have a midnight feast and part ways and eventually expire off-site. The boxes are surveyed each month and a log is recorded of which boxes have the most hits. Adjustments are made and placed as needed around the property. I can definitely vouch for Modern Pest Management with a clean and proven method as traces of dropping and damages to furniture has been eliminated to zero. What's next, every other month or quarterly service as we continue to monitor the activity. Since most of the boxes are in the backyard, we place all 6 boxes in front and are easily serviceable by the technician at the start of each new month.

We used a well know franchise company for the first year and never felt completely happy with the service but thought because they were so big, they must be the best. After finding mouse after mouse making their home in our garage, our BBQ, our backyard, we decided to call Signature Pest Control for a free inspection to see if they could help. Jeremy came out and did a very thorough inspection, found all the areas the mice were finding their way in and informed us of the treatment recommendations. He said the office would be getting back to us in the next day or so with the quotes and left without pressuring us to sign up for immediate service. Signature had the quote to us just a few hours later via email (which I was a very reasonable rate) again with no pressure to sign for their services. Jeremy and the office staff followed up with us shortly after just to confirm we understood what was recommended, asked if we had any additional questions and just overall provided great customer service. We decided to sign on with Signature for service and have been extremely happy almost a year later! After the first round of traps, we found all but one with a mouse in it and our mice problem has since diminished.
