These guys were all-around amazing! They arrived about 30 minutes early (which I had ok'd). They had my son all packed up and we were on way to new house in 35 minutes (a one-room assisted living move to new assisted living house). Then this local move got really messed up really fast when acceptance at new location was put in question. The new House's head office couldn't decide if my son was a good fit for them (even though move was already approved and we had arrived with all his stuff). For over 2 hours, I had to keep going outside to tell movers I had no idea what to do with son's stuff. They were so super patient, caring, and professional. Eventually they (the new house) ended up sending him "temporarily" to Pasco (across the river) until they made final decision. So with continued caring, patient professionalism, they drove to new location, and then around the block (we were given wrong address), and got my son completely set up in new room. Throughout this horrible situation, they were so sweet to not create additional stress for me by being so compassionate and patient. Then the main office was very generous by barely charging any extra even though the move took over 2 hours more than scheduled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FROM ESTIMATE, MOVER CREW, TO FRONT OFFICE! We were very happy with Speedy movers on our move day. The young men worked really hard and kept asking if I needed anything moved to a different location. They also offered at the end of the move when I completed the walk through. Nothing was damaged and they took special precautions with our new home. The only concern was the estimate itself. I was happy to have them come in and take a look at everything we had and estimate our move but it's difficult when you know you will be getting rid of a bunch of crap. They came in and provided a detailed estimate with everything included in the estimate except the kitchen sink. They scheduled to come back and do another walk through a few days before the move (because I stressed I was getting rid of 1/3 of our "stuff") so I took some time off of work. They ended up calling and performing the estimate over the phone which was super convenient (basically went down the list: do you still have this or that?), but I had already taken time off work for the walk through so I was a little confused about that. Just an FYI if you have little time to waist like me. Everyone was very kind and the pricing was transparent. We had them move the large boxes & furniture while we moved the clothes and small stuff. We recently used Speedy Movers to assist in moving our school district administration office to another location within Prosser. We actually had several "dropoffs" and "pickups" as we were re-configuring where our district office staff are housed. We contacted Speedy Movers, based on some other positive reviews and were completely impressed from the first contact with their timely response, professionalism and flexibility in accommodating our ever-changing plans! We actually had to change locations for some of our staff and belongings several times before the day of the actual move and EACH time, Speedy Movers was more than willing to meet the needs of our office. When we worked with the movers over several different days, we were all impressed with their work ethic and their friendly and courteous attitudes. I would recommend them. My move was a difficult one. I didn't have items packed. The guys that helped me out were kind and non judgemental (at least they made me feel that way). I'd been living in Spokane and Richland for several months so my Richland apartment was completely out of sorts. They boxed everything up, loaded the truck, and then got to work on my furniture. They drove everything to Spokane from Richland, unloaded all my furniture (if they dismantled it, they put it back together) and boxes (they don't unpack your boxes). They are worth every penny to have their help! It took much longer (I think we finished about midnight in Spokane) than anticipated. The guys were great to work with, even into the late hours. I think we were all exhausted, but they hung in and maintained a positive and professional attitude. There was some slight damage to my wood desk that was spot-free of any markings before the move. I was contacted about that, found someone who could repair the damage and Speedy is reimbursing me. I can't say enough about Speedy Movers. They recently helped me with a difficult move that involved my 104 year old friend. As you can guess at that age there was a lot of confusion and hesitation. Which translated into a lot of calls to Speedy Movers. On each call I had the pleasure of talking to Ginny. After explaining the situation to her, offered helpful suggestions and even offered to come access our situation. Not once did she make me feel like I was being a bother and she seemed to welcome each phone call. On the morning of the scheduled move, my friend decided that she didn't want to me. Just before the movers arrived ! When they arrived I explained the situation to them and asked if they could give us a few minutes to talk to her. Speedy indeed! I was efficiently moved in to my new house before breakfast, and for LESS then their estimate. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and friendly. These movers used a ton of furniture pads and plastic wrap to protect all my things... and I was only moving a couple miles! My furniture didn't get that degree of care when I moved across the country. Upon entering the house, they literally rolled out red carpets to protect my new flooring as they worked. My move date fell smack in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, and these movers all came wearing face masks and gloves and kept them on at all times. Hopefully, I won't have to move again for quite a while, but if I do, I'll definitely go with this company again and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of movers. read more

As we were preparing for our downsizing move, we met the representative for Speedy Movers at the HAPO Center during the most recent home and yard expo. Within the next few days, we were contacted and given a very fair estimate. Today, Speedy Movers Matt,Jaime, and Christian arrived right on time and immediately got down to business. All three guys were careful with our belongings, asked questions about where in the new house each item went, and they even relocated some things when we changed our minds. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of Josh and his crew. They brought things I didn't even think we needed. Like blankets and wrapping to ensure my mothers belongings were handled with care. My mother has dementia and they treated her with the utmost dignity and respect. This was difficult for her to leave her home and move in with us. They were so polite, took great care with wrapping our furniture and packed everything so neatly. We had a large truck full of items from our home and a storage unit. Before a massive move we reviewed numerous movers. We chose Speedy Movers on an educated hunch and it turned out wonderful! The crew wrapped virtually everything in blankets, even individual chairs. They disassembled bedroom furniture, as necessary, then reassembled them at the destination. I called that "White Glove" treatment. They even needed to call in a second truck and had it there in minutes. The crew was friendly, happy, and seemed to really enjoy their job. Needed some last minute assistance unloading a trailer with heavy items. Made the call that morning and was booked that afternoon. They called when they were on their way and as soon as they got here, went straight to work. I had 2 heavy boxes of books, a midsize refrigerator and large toy chest and each guy brought one item up on their own, up to a 3rd floor apartment via the stairs. Job was over in less than 15mins! Speedy moved us from one home to another outside of Spokane at the end of September. The team showed up right on time and got to work. Frank, Thomas, and Eli S were so fast. Our move involved close to 50 steep stairs and heavy furniture. Not only did they not complain (I know it's their job but those stairs were fierce) they were totally upbeat, kind, and professional.
